Omg there were wonderful fire pits (which we didn’t use for who knows why)? With a large stock of wood and excellent chairs. Easy in and out with luggage/gear, plenty of parking and all the amenities that you would need. Maybe take an extra throw/comforter? Truly on the strip ! The second bedroom has bunks but seem bigger than twin and the pullout couch was - well a pullout couch with the inner spring mattress

What a great 2 night stay we had at the Eagle Cliff Inn suite 6. Matt, the host was great at communicating. Suite was lovely, very large, clean,with that Geneva feel. Well stocked with plenty of towels and everything you need in the kitchen! Also there were outside firepits and Matt kept plenty of firewood. Highly recommend!

Lots of room. The couches were comfortable. The deck was nice. Also, there was a grill.

This was a great place to stay, full kitchen to accommodate our dietary needs. Property was clean and well taken care of.

We loved how clean and organized the place was. However it was advertised as having a king bed and two twins and it had bunk beds which was not mentioned. The room with bunk beds had no air and windows were painted shut. This did not work for 3 senior women! The location was nice and parking was easy

This place is a great place in walking distance of sooo many restaurants, entertainment and the lake is right across the road! We had an amazing girls weekend trip celebrating my sister’s 60th birthday!!!

Would stay here again. I have stayed at a few places in GOTL and this one had the most items for the guest. Plenty of TP, towels, was cloths, dish cloths, dishes. I have had to supply my own TP and paper towels in other places. They even supplied a hair dryer.. great place to stay..

Cottage was as shown in pictures. Nice location. We would stay there again.

The cottage was chilly, the space heaters were appreciated. The bathroom needs additional heating.

Everything was great . had a great time , house was nice and cozy . definitely would stay there again when ever it’s available

House met our needs to stay and do the bar crawl but we unfortunately many of the bars are not open during the week now. We were able to get it done but this is definitely the off season now. Place was nice and met our needs for the two nights.

My wife and I used an our basecamp for visiting wineries in the area - very nostalgic accommodations in a fantastic location. We will definitely stay again.

We only were to sleep for the most part, we did a Charter fishing trip ....... place looks more updated on the pics on here than in person. Needs some TLC IMO.

Owner very responsive which helped but hard to utilize fire pit when no way to light it. That was a bit frustrating but we made it work. Somehow the roons seemed smaller than the pictures slowed and even though there were 3 of us, I can't imagine 5 people staying here especially with only 1 bathroom. Would have helped if there were more racks in the bathroom for hanging towels. The proximity to the main drag was good.

Everything was great. The only thing I suggest the AC in the living room and the AC in the bedroom they don’t blow that cold so I would recommend looking into them maybe changing them out other than that it was great. I had a great time at Geneva on the lake went to the lake a couple times. Enjoyed the food on the strip my son really enjoyed riding on the golf cart.

My husband and our friends stayed for the weekend. It was a great location on the strip and perfect for the 4 of us!

We will definitely be back! I took my mom and my son and his friend. The house was very spacious. We didn’t feel cramped at all. We felt very comfortable and were able to relax.

We love staying at Matt’s property’s this is our second year stay at one of his properties and it was amazing

We didn’t know people would be staying upstairs and they had kids and were very noisy. We were there for a quiet stay for our wedding anniversary. I think you should tell guests up front so they have a choice to stay there or somewhere else.

Great location can walk to the Geneva on the Lake strip. Bars, restaurants, lake and grocery very close. We will rent again

Our son was at a tournament at Spire Academy. It was nice to be able to enjoy a little mini vacation while there. House is right on the main street so walking distance to everything

Needs some repairs, a few broken windows with tape on them. But we were warm in the cold weather. Enjoyed the peace and quiet in off season.
