From check in to check out everything was excellent! The host are quick to respond to any questions you may have and the price was very reasonable.The condo was even more beautiful than the pictures. The lake view and sounds of the waves were exactly what I needed. The condo was stocked with everything you need to make a home cooked meal. Pool towels where available for the pool!! We will definitely be staying here again. Thank you Kathy and Bill for a great stay!! We have nothing but great things to say.

We loved staying here. Unit was just perfect...clean, comfortable, well-stocked with necessities...everything was as described. We were disappointed it was too windy to sit on the balcony, but the lake view from inside was almost just as enjoyable. Host was wonderful to work with, provided us info on the area and always responded promptly. We would definitely stay here again.

We had a great time. The property location was perfect for us, and it was just as described. The views of Lake Erie were made it so nice and peaceful.

The condo was very clean, comfortable and quiet. The beds were very comfortable. We watched a beautiful sunset from the beach and then a little later, watched the October full moon. Enjoyed our visit very much.

This condo exceeded our expectations! It is very tastefully decorated, has a fully equipped kitchen, is spacious, has comfortable beds and the view is outstanding! There was everything we needed and more! Kathy was so nice and communicated well with us. We enjoyed sitting in the Adirondack chairs at the private beach and had it mostly to ourselves during this off season time. We hope to come back sometime!

Great property with amazing views. Close to so many activities.

This was the second time we stayed at this property and it was most enjoyable. The condo is very clean and well taken care of. The kitchen is well equipped. The master bedroom bed is very comfortable. We look forward to another visit in the spring.

Great place to spend a weekend! The condo was as pictured. The host was easy to contact. We had no issues getting into the building. We especially loved the balcony views and private beach! It’s a close drive to the strip and many wineries around Geneva.

Wonderful stay. The view of the lake was spectacular from balcony. The protected beach was bonus, almost wish we brought our kiddos, haha. Kitchen had basic amenities to cook. Bed was comfy. Everything was clean. Location is perfect; not too far from the strip but far enough away to not hear noise from events. Did I say the view of lake is spectacular? )Would love to visit again!

Beautiful place, super view of the lake. This is a great place for a comfortable relaxing time. Well thought out with all you would need for cooking, and great places to eat not far away. Could sit out and just watch the lake. Would also be a great place to stay for a family wedding weekend. Thanks for a wonderful time.

Great location - sunsets from the balcony were breathtaking. Very clean and everything was beautiful. The host was so supportive and kept us informed.

Enjoyed our stay but things could have been better. For starters the balcony looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in years. Bugs and spider webs everywhere. We ended up not using it once unfortunately. Glassware in the kitchen was also dirty. We had to rewash anything we wanted to use. Main reason the cleanliness was disappointing is because the host expects you to do a lot of cleanup upon checkout and you are subject to additional cleaning fees if you don’t follow the instructions. The host states that the cleaning crew is short staffed and we have to help them. If we have to do half their work why am I being charged a cleaning fee? The condo is also monitored with a sound device that the host claims does not record voices just monitors sound and alerts the staff if we’re too loud. This isn’t stated anywhere in the listing by the way. Lastly the code to get into the building was changed two days into our stay and the host never bothered to inform us. We had to wait 20 minutes to get inside until someone thankfully saw us outside and opened the door and told us there was a new code. I didn’t bother contacting the host to give us the code because the previous time I contacted them it took them nearly 24 hours to respond. Lastly, on our last day we met a woman who owns some of the other condos in the building and she essentially told us we were severely overcharged for our room. She told us she could have rented us a larger condo for hundreds of dollars less than we were charged.

Wonderful lakefront condo with spectacular views & amenities. Close to everything! Take a 15 minute drive to Ashtabula Harbor and 25 minute trip to Conneaut Ohio to see the park & lighthouse. Lots of great food choices, too! Alessandros, Mary's Diner in Geneva, & Ferrante Winery to name a few we sampled.

We had a very nice time and especially enjoyed the lake view. Our only major complaint is that the pool area was so loud that it was unusable.

Condo was very clean and updated with a beautiful view of Lake Erie. Location was close to GOTL strip and quiet to relax. Highly recommend!

Clean, comfortable, and tastefully decorated. Highlight: swimming in the heated pool while watching it snow and see the waves hit the beach.

Enjoyed our stay at this beautiful condo. Loved the views of the water, and even saw an eagle fly by. Everything was just as described, if not better. I only wish I'd realized that basic soaps does not include shampoo. Otherwise, everything we could need was supplied, and the space itself was perfect for a pastors' retreat. Thank you!

Everything about our stay was wonderful. The unit was clean ,comfortable and beautifully decorated. More spacious than I anticipated. Beds were very comfortable. Entire complex is well maintained. It was great to sit on the balcony on the comfy patio furniture and drink coffee in the morning looking at the lake. Beautiful colors at sunset. We would definitely stay again!

Despite an initial problem the cleaning of the condo our stay was outstanding. Not only did the cleaners not show up as expected they neglected to inform the owner. once we informed the owner she qickly resolved the problem. In addiron the owner rebatedthe cleaning fee for our inconvenience. the owner from start to finish was gracious ad easy to deal with. The condo was as advertised with a well equipped kitchen, comfort beds, plus all the other amenties expected of a condo in this price range. finally we intend to rent this condo again in the spring.

What a wonderful getaway! This condo was everything I had hoped it would be and more. Sitting on the balcony and taking in the view, sounds of the waves, and fresh lake breezes was overwhelmingly beautiful and relaxing. It was perfectly described in the listing , so it didn’t disappoint.

We found the property to be all that was described. Had no problems with the instructions on how to use the amenities. We loved the view and the sound of the lake waves. We utilized one of the host's recommendations to hire Brandon for a wine tasting tour. He was very knowledgeable about the area and we enjoyed all of his suggestions. Would love to stay here again if the opportunity arises. As we were all over 70, we definitely enjoyed the two elevators. Also want to mention how wonderful the communication was with the owners.
