Walk to Lake Keowee: Salem Townhome w/ Deck

My family and I were very happy with our stay at this house! We are generally 4 or 5 star hotel people. We decided at the last moment to look for airb&b properties so we would have sitting room for our family members we were visiting. We weren’t sure how it would be but we went with it. I can say this was the best decision we could have made! I can truly say, staying at this house was a treat! From making the reservation to checking out was so easy! Although we received the owners contact info if we had any issues, there was never any need to use it. The house was very nicely set up also very clean! There was a book with instructions, information about the property and any questions we may have about the house (how to work appliances etc. Very family friendly! I really appreciated the house and the location! I was able to walk down to the boat dock in the evening and catch fish. Emphasize, catch fish! In the morning, head to the club house (about a 7 minute drive). Weight room, Olympic size pool, indoor wall ball and very nice tennis courts all around the club house. I’m sure I’m missing some of the things that there was to do, but it was great! We really enjoyed the Bistro for for dinner! And weather we were at the clubhouse or the Bistro, the people were so nice! I could go on about this stay but I will stop here. Great vacation!!!!

The condo was exactly as shown and described in posting. Very clean and fresh with updated decor. Very comfortable.

Loved this place! The home was beautiful, very clean and roomy. It was nicely appointed and had everything we needed. The club itself was beautiful and had plenty of activities. We didn't golf this time t]but the corse is beautiful.

The property was clean, well equipped and plenty of livable space! Perfect place for a family weekend! Wish the Tigers had pulled off a win - then it would have been a perfect weekend!

Great location and very comfortable townhouse. We stayed here for a Clemson football game, and we enjoyed the easy commute to Clemson as well as the walking trails in the neighborhood. And we'd highly recommend The Lighthouse Restaurant! We will return!

With a group of 20 family members coming together for a long weekend we needed a place for 6 adults and this was the perfect spot! Great owner, easy to work with, I would recommend for others!

We loved Keowee Key. The amenities are amazing. The condo itself is in a good location close to town at the South Marina. It’s a walk down to the water/South Marina park. It’s a short drive to the pool and North Marina. The condo could use some updating of furnishings, but overall met our needs. The master bedroom could stand new bedding and pillows and the master bath needs floor mats. It would be nice to have outdoor seating/dining that’s usable for more than a couple of people given how many the condo sleeps. For the price, and given the number of people (we are a family of 8), we were satisfied.
