Relax and enjoy this brilliant 2 Bedroom plus Loft condo just steps from the crystal clear waters of Lake Keowee, and only 20 min. to Clemson. Spacious and fully equipped for up to six people with 1 King and 3 Queen beds on 2 levels. There are comfy living spaces on each floor, with 43 and 55 Smart TVs. Chromecast is built in to easily access your entertainment subscriptions or take advantage of showing your photos on the big screen. The kitchen is fully equipped including an oven with a convection mode, blender for frozen drinks./smoothies, Keurig or regular coffee maker, toaster, hand mixer, ice maker, dishwasher, microwave, disposal and even an instant hot spout at the sink. There is a large pantry to store your food, drinks and paper products, so don't be afraid to stock up and reduce those trips to the store!
You will find new contemporary and comfortable furniture in all of the rooms. The dining table seats 6 with an internal leaf that expands to 8 seats when needed. Office chairs and desks that can be found at the entry, main floor bedroom, and in the loft providing plenty of different options for a structured work area or use as extra dining chairs for larger groups. An extra large washer and a dryer are found in the laundry area along with extra storage for outdoor cushions. The huge elevated deck in the back is surrounded by mature trees and makes for a perfect place to sit and chat, dine alfresco or simply relax and read. Keowee Key is a resort community that offers private access to Lake Keowee beaches, marinas, a golf course, an impressive gym with locker rooms, sauna and whirlpools, pickleball and tennis courts, 2 outdoor and 1 indoor pool, horseshoes, shuffleboard, gas and charcoal grills, walking paths and more. Great little getaway. Loved the paved paths throughout the development. Property manager was super responsive and helpful. The deck was a perfect spot to get some sun and fresh air.

Property was located in a beautiful setting and a perfect setup for two couples. Only ding we would make was the fact that it wasn’t fully stocked with staples like dishwasher pods or bathroom sink soap. Everything else was perfect.
