Beautiful comfortable home!!

This home is one of the nicest we have stayed in. Everything was clean and properly stocked. The walk to Kennebunkport and the square is 10-15 minutes. The surrounding area is easy to access.Martha is delightful in her communications, instructions are clear, and she provided a nice guide to the area.Easy to recommend and will definitely stay there again.

Great location easy walk to town for shops and restaurants. Very spacious and beautifully decorated inside and out. Definitely would love to come back!

Absolutely beautiful home and outdoor spaces. I brought my adult children and their friends for our first visit to the Kennebunkport area. All the bedrooms and bathrooms worked out perfectly for our needs. Everything we needed and more was provided to make this property one of our favorites. From the gorgeous sunrise in the mornings, the relaxing seating area by the water to the short walks into town our stay was perfect. Martha was an excellent host and very responsive. I have already recommended this property to others and plan on booking it again for my next trip in the future. Can’t wait to come back!

Martha’s house is beautiful, and you can’t beat the location! It’s a short walk from the bustling shops and restaurants in Kennebunk, while surprisingly quiet and serene at the house. The kids enjoyed visiting the crabs in the estuary daily and we enjoyed how wonderfully well-stocked the home was. You can tell that Martha actually stays at the home as she has thought of all the things you might need. This is a rare and wonderful find!

We loved our stay at Martha's Kennebunk house! Check in was easy; the house is very well-equipped; beautiful water views, great location, fun to kayak from the dock and be able to walk into town and to the beach. We have rented many other places for family vacations over the years, and we all agree that this is the best place we have ever stayed!

We just had an amazing weekend at Martha's beautiful home in Kennebunkport! The house was spacious, clean and comfortable and we spent much of our weekend just relaxing there. It was just so peaceful to be sitting by the river on a beautiful day or watching the rain while cuddled up under soft blankets on the cozy couches. It was just a ten minute walk to Dock Square so it really was the perfect location. And Martha and Don were excellent hosts. We would highly recommend this property to anyone looking to enjoy the best of all that Kennebunkport has to offer!

We had the most wonderful time celebrating 20 years of friendship in Kennebunkport. The house was absolutely beautiful, so clean, accommodating, happy, and comfortable. The location is amazing with just a short walk to the local town. We are so thankful for such a special weekend away. We will be back!

We can't say enough great things about this home! The location is perfect for walking to everything in downtown Kennebunkport. The home is fabulously decorated, impeccably clean with plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms. The view to the water was gorgeous and we even saw a fox with her babies playing in the yard! 8 of us stayed in this beautiful home celebrating our 70th birthdays! Martha is a perfect host and her house is magnificent! It is beautiful, private yet walking distance to the heart of Kennebunkport. All the beds are very comfortable, and the home is full of amenities and things to do. Martha has thought of everything to make your get away perfect!

Our 2 weeks we spent at Martha's home was cozy, clean, and nothing less than amazing. I can't say enough good things about the location, the set up of the house itself and how easy it was to communicate with Martha the entire time. I let her know the ages of my children and she basically built an itinerary for us based on her experiences! The house has anything and everything you could need. We will absolutely be staying here again!

We are a family of 7 adults and we thoroughly enjoyed our week in this beautiful and spacious home. I think the porch was our most favorite part! We loved walking to town for morning coffee and afternoon ice cream. We had great beach days (and shopping days too). Super fun to take a kayak and paddle board out from the property dock. The view of Kennebunkport Village from the backyard and upstairs windows is beautiful, especially at night. Communication with Martha is super easy. We are thankful she shares her amazing home with others!
