Great place with in front of house street parking, 2 nice big bedrooms each with their own attached bathrooms, full size kitchen with open floor plan, washer/dryer available, listed at a great price!

The cottage was adorable, clean, comfortable and had every amenity desired! Easy access to historic area and restaurants, all walkable.We will be back when the weather is a little cooler...we were thankful for a great place to cool off in!

Everything was great. The condo had character as a shotgun house near the main district of town. Blake was a wonderful host and informative and reachable.

Blake is a very good host, leaves plenty of information about the property and St Augustine, responds quickly to communications, and provides a nicely renovated property. It is close to the historic area and the trolley stop. We enjoyed our stay.

We loved our stay in Blake’s home! It was super close to everything downtown. The communication with Blake was great. The bed, bedding and pillows were super comfortable the house was very clean and he pays a lot of attention to detail he even left a couple of pizzas , bottled water and Gatorade in the fridge which was beyond appreciated!! We will definitely stay in this home again next time we travel to St Augustine. Highly recommend.

We had a fantastic stay at this home and can’t say enough good things about the experience. From the start, Blake was an excellent host—his communication was lightning-fast and made the entire process seamless.The house itself is incredibly well-appointed. As someone who likes to cook, I was thrilled to find a fully stocked kitchen with every utensil and tool imaginable. Logistics were a breeze, too; having dedicated parking directly in front was so convenient, and the keyless code lock was a game-changer. It was such a relief not to worry about keeping track of physical keys while out exploring!The location is also a major plus for getting around. Being so close to Trolley stop #11 made exploring the area incredibly easy and stress-free. Most importantly, I had the best sleep I’ve had in a long time. Both the house and the neighborhood are exceptionally quiet at night. If you’re looking for a peaceful, well-connected, and stress-free getaway, this is the perfect spot.

This was probably my best experience ever at a VRBO, and there have been at least a dozen. The house was well-designed for visitors, nicely decorated without a lot of excess stuff. It has a historic feel, but has the convenience of a modern home. Everything we needed was supplied in the kitchen, the bedrooms, and the bathrooms. It was immaculately clean. We enjoyed sitting at both the deck in the back and the wicker rockers on the front porch, and we were able to walk to almost everything we wanted to see in St. Augustine. Blake, our host, was readily available in case we needed anything. We very much enjoyed our stay!

We had a wonderful two-night stay here and would absolutely book again. The location truly lives up to the description — we were able to walk easily to downtown St. Augustine within minutes, which made the whole trip so convenient and enjoyable. Being close enough to walk but still in a quiet neighborhood was the perfect balance.The house itself was exactly as described and in great shape. Everything was clean, well-kept, and comfortable, and it felt like a relaxing place to come back to after exploring.We also loved being able to walk to the nearby trolley stop — such an easy way to see the city without worrying about parking. Great location and historic neighborhood.

We loved our stay. The shotgun house was cute, comfortable and quiet. We had all that we needed for an enjoyable stay - would definitely stay again if we’re in the area. Great host and very responsive.

Answered every question rapidly, the house was very roomy, close to everything. We felt very safe walking everywhere.

The whole place was spotless. Plenty of kitchen supplies. Everything was user friendly. The convenience of being able to walk to St. George Street was a bonus. The host was quick to respond to my questions which I found shocking. I will definitely stay there again for my future visits.

Super close to the historic district! The house is in a great location, but still very quiet at night. The rooms are clean and comfortable. Wach bedroom has its own full bathroom so it works great for families.There's plenty of space to spread out in the living room. We didn't use the kitchen, but it was fully stocked with pot/pans/utensils.Blake was a great host, would definitely stay here again.

I highly recommend staying here! My family and I were able to walk to and from everything there is to see around the area without having to worry about driving on the busy streets and finding parking. The house was beautiful and very clean.

The pictures do this place no justice. It is absolutely beautiful inside. Very quaint and cozy to relax either inside or outside on one of the porches. Very quiet neighborhood. Park your car right out the front door. Close to restaurants and downtown. Definitely would stay here again.

First we absolutely loved this house! Blake was a great host and answered all my questions. We would stay here again in a heartbeat. It slept all 6 of us most comfortably with the two bedrooms and the pull out couch. Very walkable to most everything. We can’t wait to come back to St Augustine.

This is the second time we have stayed at Shotgun House while in town for concerts at the St. Aug. Amphitheater. The location is excellent (restaurants, brewery, downtown) and the house is really nice. Lincolntown is a very cool place to stay, lots of neat houses and history. The host is also excellent and responds quickly to any questions. Highly recommend the place!

Excellent location! We could walk to just about everything in St. Augustine. Cottage was impeccably clean, and host is extremely responsive!

This little cottage was just what we wanted. It was clean and bright. Blake has done a wonderful job renovating. We could walk everywhere very easily. In fact we only used the car for a day trip to Kennedy Space Center and to drive out to the beach.All in all a great visit

If you want a place to stay that is in walking distance to the historic areas this is the place. Very happy with this house

Lovely house, all the amenities we needed, very clean, and great communication from the Blake. Easy walk to all the sites in St Augustine. Parking was easy, left the car for the whole of our stay in front of the house.

We live in Jacksonville but had an event all weekend in St Aug and were looking for something at a decent price and location. That way we didn't have to drive back and forth. This place hit the nail on the head. The house was perfect for two couples. Some people might be put off because it's in Lincolnville but it was absolutely fine and super close to town. I'd recommend this place to anyone pretty much.

Stayed here to check my Daughter into Flagler College. This was a great spot and walking distance to many restaurants and shops including the College. Our host was very helpful and accommodating. Would stay here again. Highly recommend!

Excellent location and fantastic property. We had a great time in St. Augustine. The property owner is top notch in making sure every need is met. The cottage was cute and clean. We were able to relax and visit our family without worry. We walked to the downtown bay front, historic district, restaurants, and even church. We would definitely stay here again! Thank you Blake.

We really enjoyed our stay at this house. Very clean and comfortable. Also loved how all switches were labeled (sometimes it is the small things). The common area was comfortable for an afternoon of “nothing” and any communication with Blake was answered very quickly. Really liked knowing that if we needed anything, Blake would be very responsive.

We enjoyed walking the neighborhood on the way to old Saint Augustine. The home was well kept and clean; beds, a little firm, but quite comfortable.

Lots of couples stayed in St Augustine for a wedding. I was so surprised to find out we were the only ones with a full kitchen, full living room, and 2 full bedrooms with their own bathrooms. Loved the interior of the home. Gorgeous. Close to everything.

We like to park our car and walk. This is the perfect place to do so as nice restaurants and interesting attractions are all within walking distance.

Went on a Girls trip to St. Augustine and found this hidden gem. Blake is a great host and definitely responds quickly to questions. Our plane was delayed and didn't get in until after 1:30 am - Blake left the porch light and interior lights on for us.The location of the house is great - within walking distance of Flagler College and a trolley stop within 5 minutes. The neighborhood is an older neighborhood that is being gentrified. Parking on street was easy. Didn't need the car during our trip as we stayed within old town and used the Trolley on our first day - walked the rest.The home itself is comfortable. Note that you will need to bring coffee and tea if you have a particular kind you like.Overall a great home to stay in.

For one's first visit to St. Augustine, this is the place to feel like you are part of the historic district. One can walk easily to the top attractions as well as to restaurants--leaving the car parked.The accommodations were very comfortable.

Blake was very responsive to all our messages before and during visit. The location was perfect for us. We could walk in all directions. A lot of things to see and do close to neighborhood. Enjoyed all the history and architecture In Lincolnville. We were there for 13 nights and had no issues.

What a charming home, with lots of thought put into the upgrades. My husband, my brother and I thoroughly enjoyed our 2 night stay here. There was plenty of room for the 3 of us, and the location made it easy to get to everything we wanted to see. As a bonus, the hop on hop off trolley has a stop just a couple of blocks or so away. Our host was very responsive, and it was super easy to check in and out. My brother had never stayed in a Vrbo before, and he is now a convert! Thanks, Blake, for hosting our wonderful stay in historic St. Augustine. Now I just need my drink from the Fountain of Youth to start kicking in . . . .

Clean and roomy enough inside. Functional but not new or stylish furniture. Neighborhood is not as desirable as some but I'm sure the price makes up for most of that. The wreck of a house next door is creepy but I think the owner is of this unit now owns it and will take care of it. Easy walk to downtown of under 10 minutes.

We had a great stay, 3 adults and 3 kids. Perfect amount of space for what we needed. Location was great and didn’t take long to walk to the historic district at all. There was an awesome brewery a block or two away and the owners and staff were great. The house is super cute and very comfortable. We would 100% stay again. We appreciated everything available to us.

I booked this with my husband and brother/sister in law to enjoy Night of Lights. It was even better than expected! Perfectly located. We parked right in front and was able to walk to everything. I would 100% recommend this rental and would definitely stay here again.

We came for our aunts funeral Saturday morning. It was great to find this rental on short notice and wherebitnwas located was perfect.
