Welcome to the perfect family vacation home! This listing is conveniently located in the East Side of Santa Barbara, within walking distance of Beautiful East beach, the Santa Barbara Zoo, and Milpas- the main street of Santa Barbara’s East side. This two story home has two bedrooms and one bathroom with all the amenities provided for our guests. All rooms are fully furnished. One bedroom contains a wooden queen sized bed with its matching wooden dresser while the other has a double bed. The living/dining room is designed with Saltillo Mexican tile floors and a cathedral ceiling. It contains brand new, simple but elegant decorations fit for a comfortable and cozy environment. In the private backyard there are available surf boards and other gear for our guests to enjoy at the beach. This home has a great view of Santa Barbara’s lovely mountains from both the front and back balconies. We hope you find our home enjoyable. Thank you!

    The best summer vacation in Santa Barbara, CA. The place was a lot better than I imagined specially with the garage because parking is hard anywhere in this town. I was able to be here for the 4th of July and Fiestas, which was an amazing location for both. My kids , mom and I were really comfortable in this place that it felt like home. The owners are wonderful people and I will definitely recommend this place. Close access to the freeway when driving and having to get around town.They have it set where there is everything you need and more like dishes, towels, and even folding chairs to sit outside. The place has a lot of light and that’s something I loved too.The two balconies and all the windows to let the sun in. Thank you again for letting us use you’re comfy little casita.

    OK... first off this home is lovely, high ceilings, spacious kitchen and 2 large bedrooms! then you get this lovely ocean breeze with windows and light from all sides. There is lovely little yard for the dogs.. what a great space. Secondly, I can not say enough about Coco and Chico, kind, welcoming, friendly they picked bananas from the trees in the yard and would leave them on our door step. They were always attentive and responsive but not in your space. My son attended surf camp all summer just down the road, my husband and I rented bikes and road all over SB. The beach is a 10 minute walk away and east beach has see threw water and lovely restaurants. We really had a wonderful time, I would recommend this little home to any family traveling to SB.

    The apartment was clean and spacious and less than a mile walk to beach. Also close to grocery stores and easy access to 101 and downtown area. Was very helpful to have the 2 car garage to pull into every time we arrived home and not have to worry about finding a parking space on the street. Owners were excellent about responding to any questions or requests we made.

    Chico and Coco provide a great, roomy and comfortable space that is in a great location. We stayed for a week with our family of 4 and a dog and it was perfect for our needs. You will need a car in this location and in recognition of that they provide dedicated access to the two-car garage which is wonderful. For us it was great, we had a 5m drive to our favorite beach (Butterfly Beach in Montecito) and a 10m drive in the other direction to the courthouse for Fiesta celebrations. You won't find a more reasonably priced, comfortable and well-located location in Santa Barbara! We'll be back for sure. Thanks Coco and Chico!

    This was our home base for exploring Santa Barbara. The home was very comfortable and well located near the coast and 101. Having a large garage for the car and our bikes was especially nice. We would stay there again.
