7th Street Sanctuary is a great location- mostly quiet neighborhood- there was someone who street parked (fair that it’s open) late each evening and locked the car that was jarring (we had the windows open). The AC unit is only in the main room- not in the bedroom, so while it was cool when we were there, in the summer, it could be quite warm, even with ceiling fans. The final observation is that the bed was very hard- we absolutely realize this is subjective- but it was enough went to purchase a pillow topper to make it more comfortable during our visit.

We loved the location. Walking distance to the square. Driving to wineries very convenient. Loved the bed. Check-in easy, communication with the owner quick and easy. Very comfortable home away from home. Pet friendly much appreciated. Pictures online are accurate.

Excellent light house. Its is very well maintained and updated. Close walking distance to tasting rooms and restaurants. (Catch is our favorite highly recommended. Bed was very comfortable. Staff was easy to get a hold of with any questions that we had. They worked with us to get an early checking. Will most definitely be back.

Summer heat might be an issue with AC in living room only and wall fan into bedroom, but it was not an issue in April and perhaps not an issue at all. The enclosed porch was enjoyable for reading while a nice breeze came through. Recommend.

It is a nice size for 2 people and within walking distance to downtown. We enjoyed sitting outside on the patio and on the little covered porch in the evenings.

It is a short walk to the center of town, has a well equipped kitchen with a well-functioning stove, and a bright porch. The outside of the house looks inviting and has a small yard in front. But in general, it is a bit dated and the living and di ing rooms are on the smaller side and darker. One of the bedrooms faces your car. Since the cottage is on the older side, the plumbing in the bathroom is temperamental and the sink clocks easily.

It was perfectly located within walking distance of everything in town, which made it super convenient for my husband and me. The lovely backyard was a great spot to unwind, and they provided all the essentials we could possibly need. We couldn't have asked for a better experience!

This property was perfect for me. It is quiet, clean, and close to wineries and downtown Paso. I stayed for two nights, and although I didn’t use the kitchen, it has everything one might need. The bed was comfortable and the bedroom has plenty of closet space. I recommend staying here!
