Walk To Clearwater Beach/Hot Tub/Pool

We loved how close to the beach this VRBO was. We also loved the pool and spa. The home was well stocked and was in a good neighborhood that wasn’t overly busy!

Excellent location! A quiet neighborhood on a not so busy part of the beach. It’s not too far from restaurants and shops either. We like to walk and almost everything we wanted to do was in walking distance.

Everything was excellent, the host was very welcoming and responsive.

Beautiful home! Spacious bedrooms and nice bathrooms. Beautiful kitchen with everything you need to cook a nice meal. Nice gas grill that we used to cook freshly caught fish! Hot tub was not hot when we arrived but one quick text fixed that! Nice outdoor space and pool. Great home for a girls trip or family vacation!

Second time our family has stayed at Gardenia Beach property! Great experience with property management! House is great! Clean and updated!! Even better location just a couple of blocks from the beach. Cannot recommend enough!!

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful house in Clearwater, Florida! The home was spotless and had everything we needed for us and our 3 month old baby. We ślemy a relaxing getaway. The highlight was definitely the private pool and jacuzzi—perfect for both daytime and evenings. The location was quiet and safe, yet just a short 3 minute walk to the beach. Highly recommend for families or anyone looking for a peaceful, comfortable retreat!

A couple blocks from beach nice clean house

This spot was perfect. Close walk to a private beach. Home was cute. Had everything that was needed. Only thing was the pool was heated and didnt feel like it. (Personal mistake. Not on owner) but the hottub was more of a spa that didnt heat well either.

This is the perfect house if you are looking for a peaceful, relaxing Clearwater vacation. Everything is with in walking distance. The beach is gorgeous and a very short walk away. There is a very useful beach wagon in the garage. When you’re tired of the sand and want to relax after the beach the pool is warm and very clean. The hot tub is great for a late night dip or early morning to warm up when the weather is still a little chilly. The house is very spacious with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The beds are very comfortable and there are plenty of pillows. The kitchen had everything we needed. We also enjoyed using the grill outside. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. There is still work going on around the neighborhood cleaning up after the hurricane. But all the neighbors are so friendly you would never know they have suffered such damage. But this house has been completely remolded and has no signs of damage. This was our favorite place to stay in Clearwater and we can not wait to return. Alan is super easy to work with and always available. I have nothing bad to say about our week here. In fact we hope to rent this veryhouse again real soon.

The beach, the pool, the quiet neighborhood. If that’s what you’re looking for, this is for you. Newly renovated, open concept, comfortable. The community is on its way back from the hurricane, and this place is a great example. Alan and his partners were nothing short of responsive and amazing. Alan is accessible and extremely easy to work with. They aim to please and they deliver.

Overall great property to stay in. Very clean, in nice neighborhood. Beautiful homes in North Beach area. Only downside is not close enough to walk to shops, bars or restaurants. Pool area could use some updating. Would stay again. Very good communication with owner.
