Stayed Dec 31, 1969Perfect base for our family, in a quiet residential area. Main shopping and restaurant precinct was easily accessible 5min by car. We will definitely back again.

Stayed Jan 2, 2024A lovely property close to playgrounds and supermarket, kept extremely clean by the reassuring shoes off rule indoors. Also included is a cupboard full of toys and puzzles targeted at varying age groups to keep them occupied. The kitchen and cookware is more than well-equipped, including quality pots, pans, hand held blender, air fryer, and rice cooker, etc. as well as both fresh and bottled herbs and spices. The owner's communication cannot be faulted and we've thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Thank you!!

Stayed Dec 27, 2023Do not stay in this property, we had the worst experience with the owner . Initially said we can have a dog there and then I was emailed closer to the date and told there is to be no trace of the dog . I was messaged multiple times regarding cleaning and had to vacuum the house before leaving to appease Hayley as I was warned that I would be charged ‘additional cleaning fees ‘ multiple times . I cleaned the house before leaving and was accused of bringing a cat into the property and asked to pay for curtains to be replaced that had a thread hanging off it, we don’t even own a cat ! Obviously had the neighbours checking up on us during our stay also. First holiday in years and had the worst experience ever ! Do not book this property if you are after a peaceful vacation, as we got everything but the experience we were hoping for .

Stayed Feb 24, 2023House was beautiful and clean. Handy to the supermarket. Short drive to the main Torquay shopping centre and restaurants. Hayley was very easy to deal with. The wine was a lovely touch which we enjoyed. Great for family stay across the road from lovely playground.
