These downstairs rooms are are serviced by the main bathroom (shower-over-bath) and separate toilet. The hot water outside shower in the courtyard allows you to wash off after the beach or a surf.

This townhouse is located in a safe and friendly neighbourhood. Ideal for both the adventurous and those who want to kick back and relax.



All within the immediate area: surfing, windsurfing, kitesurfing, SUPing (Stand Up Paddle), diving, bike riding, running paths, skateboarding and golf or sitting back and if relaxing is more your thing then chose from many of the beautiful surrounding beaches, parklands, cafes, bars, restaurants, spas, shops or designer boutiques to spend your time.

- 2-5 minute stroll to cafes, supermarket, bar's, restaurants, boutique stores.

- 10 minute stroll to the Surf City Plaza shops.

- 5 minute drive to the famous Bells Beach.



There are great cafes, bars, the Torquay Hotel and many restaurants within a few minutes’ walk, plus boutiques, clothing, shoes, swimwear, books, homewares and much more.



Surf City Plaza is home to iconic surfing brands such as Quiksilver, Roxy and Rip Curl (all originated in Torquay). There are also many other iconic brands in the Plaza or across the road. Head around the corner to Baines Crescent and find a variety of factory outlets.



You will find everything you need for a fabulous holiday all within a short walk.



Torquay has a beautiful coastline for walking, swimming and surfing. Enjoy the glorious walks along the Esplanade and beach front, especially the walk to Jan Juc.



Getting Around:

Our beach house is within easy walking/riding distance to the shops and beach. On-street parking is available on Boston Rd, plus a single lock-up carport - please note there is strictly no parking in the rear laneway.



Buses to and from Torquay and Geelong (Number 50 or 51). 

Closest train station 15km away (Waurn Ponds station) for V/Line train Geelong- Melbourne. 



Torquay is 1 hour 30 mins by car from Melbourne.

    It was an extremely comfortable, well-equipped house with lots of space to relax. My adult son and I enjoyed every minute of our stay! It was also possible to entertain in the generous open-plan living area. I would recommend it to anyone looking for a holiday at the beach in Torquay due to its convenient location. Emma was easy to communicate with, and the amenities were great!

    The property was perfect. Very clean and had all the amenities you would hope for. Situated perfectly for a quick stroll for a coffee/meal and to the beach. Would stay here again and will recommend this to family and friends
