Stayed Sep 4, 2025We loved staying here so much! The house was wonderful and had everything you could need and more. The proximity to the beach was so convenient. The pool and hot tub were clean, well maintained and relaxing. The house is very spacious inside with ample room for everyone to hang out in the living room and around the dining room table. The whole house was very clean. We had so much fun staying here as a big friend group and would highly recommend this to anyone else.

Stayed Aug 1, 2024This house was great and perfect for my sister's bachelorette party. The single floor plan and the big open living room was perfect to have a group of girls gather. Maria was a great host and helped us get back items that were forgotten at the house. She was understanding and communicated quickly with us to get it resolved. I recommend Maria's property when visiting Dewey for large groups.

Stayed Jun 28, 2024Great location with plenty of parking. Close walk to the Starboard or the bay. The house has plenty of bedrooms and a beautiful lawn and deck along with an outdoor shower. Would definitely rent again.

Stayed Jul 3, 2024House was neat and clean and situated perfectly. Our group was able to wach the impressive 4th of July fireworks from the comfort of our deck. The beach was a short 3 block walk and they offer the option of having an umbrella and a couple of chairs already set up for you. This definitely was a game changer and I would highly recommend it.
