Walk to Beach, Ocean views

We loved staying here - the house is spacious and comfortable and walkable distance to York Beach village. We enjoyed eating meals on the deck, and coffee on the sunporch in the morning. Outdoor shower is great for cleaning up the little ones after the beach. We would definitely stay here again!

We enjoyed staying at the house! It was very comfortable for our family trip of 5 adults, 2 children, and a toddler. The house had an ample amount of beach chairs and other supplies that made life much easier! We enjoyed the sunrises, walking to the beach and downtown area, and short drives to other local attractions. Worth the stay!

We had a wonderful time during our beach vacation! The house was spacious, clean, and provided everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. The best part was the stunning view of the ocean—waking up to that every morning was a treat. We loved the convenience of being able to walk to the beach daily, making it easy to soak up the sun and enjoy the water. Overall, it was a perfect spot for a peaceful and rejuvenating vacation. Such a great property! Close to short sands, easy walk to the beach/downtown. You can hear the ocean at night which is great. Clean house with everything we needed Great communication. Was a great place for our family of four. Would stay here again!

Great location and comfy cottage. East walked to Short Sands beach, downtown, playground, basketball court and Dunne's ice cream! Bill was a great host, quick to respond and very accommodating.

Property was very clean, and had everything we needed including Lobster Pot. It was just as described, and accommodations were comfortable, and within minute(s) to Beach, along with getting ocean breeze, @ night during height of Heat Wave! Owner was easily accessible, if needed. Great week, would do again.

This was our 2nd year at this property and we still love it. Being able to walk to short sands makes our vacation so much easier. The outdoor shower and enclosed porch with an ocean view is a bonus!
