Stayed Sep 25, 2025This was by far the best property we have stayed at for one of our family trips. The house was clean and had so much for the family to do. Throughout the entire process the owners, Merlyn and Rick, were incredibly responsive and helpful. We had one small thing we needed to be checked by them and for that they both responded quickly and had someone come take care of it for us promptly. They are incredible hosts. After this stay as long as it’s available this is the only place we’ll be booking in the Norfolk/Virginia Beach area. I’d recommend this place to anyone.

Stayed May 8, 2025This home is nothing short of cozy! The home itself is warm and welcoming and very clean! The outdoor back yard is fenced in, which was great for our dogs to be able to walk around and enjoy while we got to enjoy the outside amenities too! The owners were very informative of the check in process and parking & im sure if we would have ran into any questions they would’ve been quick to help, but we had none! A beautiful home with a beautiful beach area. Thank you for letting us stay!

Stayed Oct 27, 2024Loved the property! Just as described. The hosts were wonderful and responsive with any questions or concerns we had. Very close to the beach so perfect for a morning walk. Close to all the things we wanted to see and we explored a lot. Just such a relaxing property for us to unwind after a long day. We are already planning to book again in the future!! I think our favorite was the badminton court! Had so much fun with that.

Stayed Aug 4, 2023The property was quaint but had all the necessary amenities. The beach was a quick skip and a jump to access. The host provided everything we needed to enjoy the beach. The back yard had volley ball, badminton, a firepit, hammock and outdoor seating. We will definitely stay there again.
