Stayed Jul 24, 2022The house is cute and well appointed, in a quiet neighborhood a short walk to the beach and village. A multi-generational party of 8, we appreciated the board games, beach supplies, bikes and kayak provided. The backyard is nice - a comfortably furnished deck, gas grill and outdoor shower plus lots of space for the kids to run around. There was a generous stock of paper goods/ cleaning supplies and plenty of towels, which isn’t always the case in vacation rentals. We enjoyed our time there and would definitely stay again!

Stayed Jun 29, 2022This property is a gem! Recently remodeled and finished thoughtfully, Michael’s cape features 4 spacious bedrooms and a full bath and outdoor shower. The yard is fenced and there are bikes, games, beach chairs and more! It sits in a perfect location! Walking distance to Greenport’s adorably trendy and quaint downtown and the beach. We fell in love with it and so did our dogs!
