The home was spotless. A very good location. Easy access to grocery, shops and the waterfront.

This home and the location worked perfectly for us, a family with two small children. The comfortable home and fenced yard was a great base. Everything we needed was within close walking distance: a grocery store, beaches, downtown shops and restaurants, the Shelter Island Ferry, and even a local winery. We kept busy everyday and had a peaceful retreat when needed.

My husband and I just stayed for two nights for our anniversary and enjoyed ourselves. Property is very clean and in a great location, walking distance to shops and restaurants. The only negative we felt was the hardness of the king bed, but that’s our preference. Highly recommend!

We were only out for two nights and could not have asked for a better find. We didn’t have to bring a single thing and could still walk into town easily!

We were a group of 5 adults in town for a wedding. The property accommodated us easily. We were sorry we didn’t have more time to enjoy the spacious backyard and barn area! The kitchen was well equipped for our needs and lots of restaurants were within an easy walk. Property was clean and in good shape. WiFi worked well as several of our party had to work part of the time. Owner was extremely easy to communicate with and was able to let us check in early. All in all an excellent stay!

Our family had an absolutely wonderful stay at Georgia's property. It was centrally located in town and beautifully maintained. I especially appreciated how kid friendly it was (fully fenced in/baby gate/outlet covers/games/etc). Georgia was extremely responsive, as well. We cant wait to stay again!

This was a fantastic rental property, conveniently situated and with a smooth rental process. It was an ideal location for exploring Greenport, Shelter Island, and all of the other gems on the East End!

Everything about this property was perfect and made our stay in Greenport the best yet. This is our fifth and best trip ever and couldn’t be more grateful for the chance to rent this home. Was perfectly positioned where it was right around the block from town so it was quiet but close enough you can be in town in a couple minutes. The backyard provided perfect amount of opportunity and was setup for fun. The whole house was kid friendly and easy for my son to feel comfortable. We had a perfect weekend and hope to come back in the future. Georgia replied to me immediately, late in the evening when I had a question, she was prompt and pleasant.
