One Of A Kind, Resort- Like Waterfront Cottage In Wine Country

My family and I had an unbelievable experience in this beautiful Greenport home. Everything was as advertised if not better. If you are looking for a waterfront getaway on the North Fork this is your house. The host Ted was also fantastic and the communication throughout the trip was top notch.

Beautiful views of the LI Sound. Nice new pool. Special to have grapevines on the property. Short drives to both Southold and Greenport. Excellent getaway for family of four. Owner was super-responsive and friendly. Everything was easy.

Let’s briefly go over the property and the host. The house has stunning unobstructed north-facing views of the Long Island Sound, facing Connecticut. It’s a modest 2BR but plenty of space and big icthen and living area facing the water. Ted us super responsive as a host, but also generous. It’s their home and it feels like that, and Ted treats you like a guest. Would highly recommend.

We spent 5 days and 4 nights at this wonderful house. Everything was perfect. Property is amazing with a beautiful pool, large yard and right on the beach. Endless sunsets every day. Easy access to multiple towns with plenty to do. Absolutely perfect stay. Owner is friendly and easy to coordinate with. Will hopefully stay again.

We had never stayed on the North Fork of LI and did not know what to expect. The house was just as advertised and had everything you could need - beautiful home, responsive owner, ocean front with beautiful vistas and an absolutely awesome pool. Having the pool and the ocean was great, switching between the two was a nice feature that we thoroughly took advantage of. As stated the owner Ted was amazing with immediate response via email or a call. Plenty of items in the house for tenant use, just bring your swim suit, food, drinks and the willingness to have a good time. Proximity to downtown Greens port was less than 10 minutes, what a great place to shop and eat out, anything you were looking for we found. Also out and around the outskirts plenty of deli's, bagel shops and snack places. I highly recommend a vineyard tour which we did, about 5 minutes from the house. Great time with my adult family. If you are looking for an awesome vacation at a great house in a perfect location with all the amenities look no further, this is the place. Exactly as advertised - a cozy beachfront home with a great pool on the North Fork. We spent 5 days there and only left the property to pick up food. Owners were responsive and helpful. I have literally no complaints - highly recommended!

The home was cozy and clean - exactly as advertised. Although our family of 5 really maxed out the space, we found the property perfect for our week in Greenport. The pool and lawn space were great. But best of all was the waterfront view. We spent hours looking out onto the Sound. The views have raised the bar for future vacation homes that is for sure. Although the nightly cost was a little high for only two bedrooms and one bath, it was a still a great experience and we would love an opportunity to return in the future.
