This is a one of a kind home that you have to see to appreciate! Stunning 4 bedroom, 3 bath stilted canal home on Coco Plum in Marathon. Enjoy instant access to either the Atlantic Ocean or Gulf of Mexico in just a few minutes from your canal.

This Coastal getaway comes equipped with amenities the whole family will love. Enjoy outdoor dining on an expansive patio that overlooks the all encompassing canal &; private dockage.

Equipped with a fish cleaning table, bait freezer, and 90’ of dockage (Boat lift is not for Guest use). 110 power and freshwater wash down on the dock makes this home a fisherman’s paradise. Ample parking is available for cars, boat trailers, & there is also a private kayak launch attached to the dock (not for jetski’s).

Cook for your family and friends on the grill located on the lower patio and relax in the 47’ private swimming pool. When you’d like to stick your toes in the sand take a stroll over to Coco Plum Beach and enjoy one of the hidden gems of the Florida Keys.

Inside you will find a beautiful open kitchen and dinning concept, along with newly furnished living room. Large master bedroom suite with king size bed, attached bathroom, and patio door with private access to the 2nd floor balcony. (The master bedroom closet is an owner lockout). There are also two guest rooms in the upper level, one with a king bed and the other with two twin beds. The lower level has a guest room with queensize bed, kitchenette, along with an attached bathroom. This is also where you will find the pool table! There is not interior access to this bedroom via the 2nd floor. The bedroom must be accessed through an exterior staircase. This home is 2800 square feet and features: 2 king beds, 1 queen bed & 2 twin beds. Two twin size rollaway beds are available at the property upon request. It is stored in the garage on the ground floor. Please let us know in advance if you plan to use it during your stay.

*Kayaks are heavy, and dock height may make launching and retrieval difficult for some guests. Please plan accordingly.

*Pool heat is available for an additional $200 per week (plus tax), and $28.57 per additional day (plus tax) thereafter. Please note that pool/spa heat temperature is not guaranteed, and no refunds will be issued if the pool does not reach a specific temperature.

* Pets allowed at owner's discretion. (PLEASE DO NOT ALLOW YOUR PETS ON TO ANY BEDS- If pet hair is found in any of the beds there will be an extra fee charged. The fee will be the amount of the original cleaning fee.)

* There are exterior security cameras and record both video and audio.

* Garage parking not available.

* A 3.9% fee of entire booking amount applies to ALL CANCELATIONS.

* Please note that a signed guest agreement is required prior to check-in. To facilitate this, we will need an email address to send the DocuSign document.

* We provide a complimentary starter pack of paper towel, toilet paper, dish & laundry detergent, dish soap, bar soap, trash bags & dish sponge.

*Max occupancy is the number of occupants the City allows and does not guarantee beds for that number. Please read the bedroom and bed descriptions thoroughly.

*Seasonal Seaweed Notice: Like much of the Florida Keys, our canal can experience seaweed at certain times of the year. On the ocean side, this usually happens in summer/fall while gulf-side canals see it more in winter/spring. It’s a natural part of the area and may affect the canal during your stay.

    Disappointed the location of the fourth bedroom had we known we would not have selected this property we had small children whose parents weren't comfortable being that far away from their kids. Fourth bedroom is basically in the basement all by itself with its own entrance, not even really connected to the house. Only one entrance to the home so there was a lot of stairs. We only used the room for one night as it was musty

    My family and I truly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful home. The property manager, Bert, was very friendly and responsive to any questions that we had, both before and throughout the duration of our trip. The house was tastefully decorated, very clean, and well maintained. We really appreciated the pet-friendly policy as well. We highly recommend and would love to stay again in the future.
