Quiet, leafy residential pocket of south-central Austin near Barton Hills and Zilker. Major nearby attractions: Zilker Metropolitan Park and Barton Springs Pool (minutes north), the Ann and Roy Butler Hike-and-Bike Trail and Lady Bird Lake waterfront (north), South Lamar and South Congress dining/retail corridors (short drive or bike). Vibe: outdoorsy, relaxed South Austin with lots of restaurants, coffee shops and music venues within 5–15 minutes.

Walkability: local errands, parks and some cafés are within a short walk; most dining and major shopping are a short bike or rideshare away. Public transit: Capital Metro local bus lines serve South Lamar and South Congress; frequent routes along South Lamar and Barton Springs corridor (including routes serving stops on S Lamar and Oltorf). CapMetro Rapid/express service runs nearby for faster travel to downtown. Biking: excellent—Ann and Roy Butler Trail and city urban trail network provide safe, direct bike/walking access to downtown and lakeside. Rideshare and local taxis: plentiful and convenient. Driving: short drives to downtown (5–15 minutes depending on traffic) and easy access to major arterials (S Lamar, Oltorf, S First).

Who it’s for
Couples, two pairs of friends, a family of four plus one, ACL weekends, UT games, SXSW, F1. Not a party house. Quiet hours apply 10p-7am. Unit A guests are above.

Entire Unit B. Private entry. Assigned parking only. Lockbox / smart lock after booking.

• 5 guests max (Austin cap: 2 per bedroom + 2, and no parties)
• No events, no extra overnight guests
• Quiet hours 10 pm – 7 am
• No smoking, drugs, marijuana
• Parking: Unit B’s assigned space only — do not block Unit A
• Check-in 3 pm · checkout 10 am
