Stayed Jul 27, 2025Mark was a fantastic host, very communicative and seamless check-in to the property. The house is in a beautiful and quiet area, and conveniently located close to the Wave shuttle. The accommodations were all we could need and then some. Would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Stayed Jul 3, 2025We really enjoyed our trip to Nantucket and staying here was perfect for us! Mark was very responsive and helpful for any questions. Our favorite part was that the home had bikes so we were able to easily get around the island, along with a bus stop at the end of the street. There was plenty of space and the home was very clean. We loved the location as it was a bit quieter and relaxing. Would love to come back!

Stayed Aug 10, 2024House was clean, comfortable, and welcoming. Plenty of room for our party of 8. Location is very convenient for the West End beaches and walking trails. Check in process was seamless and Mark was easy to communicate with. Will absolutely return!

We love the quiet Madaket neighborhood near bike path , tennis courts and especially the beautiful Madaket beaches . Stayed Aug 3, 2024The cottage was perfect for our vacation. There was ample parking, plenty of room, and everything was as advertised. We cooked in every night and were happy to find a kitchen with plenty of cookware and utensils. The home had everything we needed to be comfortable. The perfect Nantucket cottage and would stay again!

Stayed Jun 22, 2024We utilized the beach path every day of our visit - the ocean water temp was in the mid/high 60's. The Wave is running free this year. It turned out it was easier to NOT use our car! The house had all the accommodations we could desire and zero shortcomings. Thank you to our host!!
