Walk Everywhere - Art, Restaurants, Poudre River

This met our needs very well. The host was incredibly responsive to the one or two questions/asks we had. The property was very well maintained and clean. My only hesitation in giving it 5* on everything is that when there are people staying in the upstairs unit, you can hear walking around, dogs’ tails wagging against the floor (we assumed) and even phone conversations…..we only had that on the first night of our stay, but we couldn’t sleep once they were awake above us.

Great place and perfect location. Bed pillows were fabulous. Water pressure in shower way too hard, actually hurt.

We really enjoyed our stay in Fort Collins. The property was very accommodating for our group of 4 and in a great location. The property manager was extremely responsive. We would definitely stay here again if returning to the area!

This property is in a prime location, walking distance to Old Town and the park. It's in a beautiful neighborhood. We will definitely see if it's available next time we're in town.

Came down from AK to watch our oldest son race for MSU. Our youngest son also drove in from MT. Parked the car and never used it until we had to drive to the road race. Such a convenient location to everything in Old Town! Highly recommend!

Great location - loved walking through the old neighborhoods as well as downtown. Comfortable but not high-end. Appreciated stocking of basic spices in kitchen and starter coffee.

Overall it was a good stay. The only feedback I would give is to be clearer that this is a split level house, people live upstairs and you can easily hear them walking around and talking. The house was nice and cozy and very clean. Parking was a breeze. We had snow so we didn’t get to enjoy the deck, maybe next time. Location was great, super close to the town.

We would recommend this house and would stay here again. The house was in a great location, so we were able to walk to Old Town. The house had everything we needed, and the beds were fine. Property manager was very responsive. The Wi-Fi seemed weak so we had to use only data for our phones. Probably not an issue for most people these days.

We truly enjoyed our stay in this well-appointed space. The neighborhood was lovely, quiet and easy walking distance to Old Town. We would definitely stay here again.

Great place to stay in the Fort!

Our family of four stayed at this property for five nights in early August for a vacation and to move our CSU student into her junior year housing. The house and property were clean and well maintained and the location was great. I did have an issue with communication with the property manager. The description of the house on VRBO indicates that there is a sofa bed, which is not the case. There is a blowup bd, which was fine, but there were no linens for it even though the information in the binder indicated that they were to be found in the closet. I did not receive a response to my text to the property manager inquiring about the linens.

This was a great location being close to downtown and also CSU to visit my son. It has old charm while feeling new and modern inside. I would definitely stay here again

Nice house in a great neighborhood. Centrally located and quiet. It is mentioned in the listing, but this is the lower unit of a duplex. Upper neighbors were quiet, but an old house is creaky at times. Nice backyard too!

This Fort Collins home is clean, comfy, and well stocked. It's proximity to downtown and the university area is top notch.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the VRBO on Whitcomb. Very clean, well furnished, and close to everything we needed. Communication with the host was very easy. One of the beds was a bit soft for our liking but that is a personal preference and not a criticism. We would be happy to stay again next time we are in Fort Collins.

The rental was clean and had adequate supplies in the kitchen. The one thing that should have been told to us was that the second floor was another rental space. On our second night we heard footsteps above us and did not know what was going on until we investigated and found that tenants were on the second floor. It would have been nice to know that the property was split into two rentals. Good thing we parked on the road as getting out of the driveway could have been problematic. We also had a problem with the dryer as it quit working. Our request to have it looked at was timely with no complaints on action taken by the rental company, however after the repair person left the dryer still didn't work.

The home was very cute! We were not told people would be staying above us. It was impossible to sleep, you could hear every little noise they made. I could hear a sneeze, entire conversations and one of the tennants decided to smoke on the back patio (it said no smoking) so my entire family had to smell that.

We maximized our time in foco with a little working vacation - plenty of space for us each to work in peace during the day and then perfect location for fun in the evenings and over the weekend. Walking distance to old town. Planning to do the same next summer and will 100% rebook this spot. We did have other renters above us but we rarely heard them and it never disturbed our sleep.

We really enjoyed staying at Stacey's place. We were in town for CSU freshman orientation and it was a great location to walk to campus, food and shops. We rented a car and parking was easy at the house. The home was clean and comfortable.

I would definitely recommend this property and be happy to stay there again. The house was very well maintained, clean, nicely furnished and spacious. Check in instructions were detailed and easy to understand. The location was great and allowed for easy access on foot to shops and restaurants. The only things I would like to have been provided that weren't are tissues, aluminum foil and Saran Wrap. My other suggestion is that checkout instructions be texted as well as emailed, since I didn't see them until we'd already left.
