Walk Everywhere - Art, Restaurants, Poudre River

The house is older, but most are in that area of Fort Collins. It is close and walking distance from a ton of stuff to do and places to eat. Wonderful location. Lovely neighborhood with great walks and wonderful neighboring houses. Overall great place to stay with a great location.

We enjoyed our stay. The house was clean and we walked everywhere. Best part for us was it was very close to our kids.

All in all we love the old house and location but was disappointed by all the trash in the backyard, outside seemed a bit run down and deck furniture was extremely dirty. There was only one kitchen towel, no pot scrub brushes, rags, no cleaning supplies or misc rags for wiping furniture down. Had to use a white towel. No salt and seasonings were all expired. Again love the location and beds were comfy.

We rented this place to attend my son basketball game. The house was beautiful and located close to everything.

This met our needs very well. The host was incredibly responsive to the one or two questions/asks we had. The property was very well maintained and clean. My only hesitation in giving it 5* on everything is that when there are people staying in the upstairs unit, you can hear walking around, dogs’ tails wagging against the floor (we assumed) and even phone conversations…..we only had that on the first night of our stay, but we couldn’t sleep once they were awake above us.

Great place and perfect location. Bed pillows were fabulous. Water pressure in shower way too hard, actually hurt.

We really enjoyed our stay in Fort Collins. The property was very accommodating for our group of 4 and in a great location. The property manager was extremely responsive. We would definitely stay here again if returning to the area!

This property is in a prime location, walking distance to Old Town and the park. It's in a beautiful neighborhood. We will definitely see if it's available next time we're in town.

Came down from AK to watch our oldest son race for MSU. Our youngest son also drove in from MT. Parked the car and never used it until we had to drive to the road race. Such a convenient location to everything in Old Town! Highly recommend!

Great location - loved walking through the old neighborhoods as well as downtown. Comfortable but not high-end. Appreciated stocking of basic spices in kitchen and starter coffee.

Loved the property, quiet location for us to reconnect with friends while attending my son’s first college performance!

Overall it was a good stay. The only feedback I would give is to be clearer that this is a split level house, people live upstairs and you can easily hear them walking around and talking. The house was nice and cozy and very clean. Parking was a breeze. We had snow so we didn’t get to enjoy the deck, maybe next time. Location was great, super close to the town.

We would recommend this house and would stay here again. The house was in a great location, so we were able to walk to Old Town. The house had everything we needed, and the beds were fine. Property manager was very responsive. The Wi-Fi seemed weak so we had to use only data for our phones. Probably not an issue for most people these days.

We truly enjoyed our stay in this well-appointed space. The neighborhood was lovely, quiet and easy walking distance to Old Town. We would definitely stay here again.

Very close to town and the place was very clean. We will likely stay there again while our son is still in school.
