Stayed May 20, 2026It is a charming VRBO with a wonderful enclosed porch offering a view of the world going by. The place was comfortable with attention to details including basics - salt, pepper, sugar, coffee and creamer . It is in a marvelous location with a two block walk to the Fort Collins food co-op. The owner was was charming and very responsive. The book of information.

Stayed May 8, 2026We have stayed at many, many VRBOs and this one has to be the best-managed property yet. Thoughtful nightlights, good parking, perfect communications, ultra-clear instructions. Loved it. Also loved the cushy towels and sleep noise machines for each bedroom.

Stayed Jun 29, 2025We had a wonderful stay. Rooms were good size and were comfortable. Loved the sunroom! The neighborhood is so pretty and was walking distance to the city park which allowed us to walk to the fireworks display. Very enjoyable stay!

Stayed Jun 1, 2025Wonderful Home away from home for our stay in Fort Collins. The house is just as shown in the listing. Very clean and well appointed, it had every amenity needed for our stay. The kitchen was well outfitted, there was a little basket of treats and coffee supplies. The mattresses were very comfortable and linens were great. Fantastic having laundry on site. everything is in great condition and well maintained. The location was terrific, easy access to old town and CSU. Shannon is pleasant and quick to coomunicate, she checked in during our stay to make sure all was well and we had all we needed. Great binder with info on house and amenities. Highly recommended, would not hesitate to stay there again. Thank you Shannon for making our group feel right at home!

Clean, well decorated accommodations with a back patio that suited us well for morning coffee and conversation. Checkin and checkout were simple and no need existed to call the host. We just went and enjoyed! I would absolutely book this place again. Thank you to our hosts!
