Wake up to river views:dreamy 4 bedrooms escape by the city beach in Dunnellon.

This listing was spot on. Our vacation was planned as a graduation present for my daughter and it was awesome. Plenty of room for adults to have a separate space from the young adults. The house was well thought out for guests and host was awesome and very easy to communicate with. I will definitely star this listing in my Rainbow River favorites as we vacation there every summer. Young adults enjoyed the hot tub and all the games and things to do at the property. Gaming system in the large loft with huge couch was a hanging place for them also. So many river items to use at the house, paddle boards, tubes, noodles, etc., was very nice to have access to. House is very close to anything we needed or wanted to do.

The house was perfect for our group of 8. The accommodations were beautiful and had a great view to the springs. The location was close to all the amenities and activities we wanted to see. Daniel was the perfect host and available to answer any questions.

Great stay! The place was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The host was responsive and made everything easy. Each floor had its own privacy, which was perfect for our group. Every detail was well thought out. Would definitely stay again!

What a special place! The house was very thoughtfully appointed, and it was nice not to have to run out for little things. It even came stocked with a good variety of ice cream! The host, Daniel, was excellent and helpful. We love the great view over a pretty little park. It has had some lovely additions since our last stay, including a nice new bathroom with another rain shower. Since the changes though, it is necessary to go through either of the downstairs bedrooms to get to the back yard area, so plan accordingly. We appreciated dogs being welcome!

Wow place! Great plan for a get-away weekend! Everything needed to cook, BBQ, even doing a nightfire camp. Well organized and clean. Definitely recommended.

This place is amazing! We stayed the week of Thanksgiving. The house is super clean and spacious and had a great view of the Rainbow River!! The location is beautiful. The paddle boards were perfect. Definitely one of the best places I have stayed! I will definitely stay here again. You have easy access to restaurants, grocery stores, and most of all easy access to the Rainbow River!The Host is also very pleasant to work with and was very responsive to any questions we had before during and after our trip!Definitely 5 stars all the way!

The house was equipped for every thing we needed and more. Perfect location. Loved our stay!

This was by far one of my favorite VRBO rentals! It was not only in a great location, right on the river, close to the springs, and supermarkets, it was so unique and spacious. Normally I bring blankets and towels because most rentals have the bare minimum but they had everything you can imagine. It felt like a home away from home. We grilled every night enjoyed the jacuzzi as well. Great rental!!

Very nice, comfortable set up for a small group or family. It was close to everything that we needed & wanted …including the city beach. Lots of water toys were available if you want to haul them out. We decided to rent for the kayak & tubing events, just easier. The communication with the host was quick & helpful. I highly recommend.

Great stay and layout of the house. Close to restaurants and river. Plenty of river toys, just need a means of getting them to the river. Family friendly house with all the amenities.

This house was perfect. Beautiful views, great location, very clean. A group of friends joined me for a birthday trip and we had a blast. The loft with the huge couch was a nice touch!

The house was amazing. I love the location. The kitchen had everything needed for cooking for 6 people or more.

Lots of space with everything you need to cook or play on the water. Very clean and comfortable.

To begin with, communication with the owner is outstanding! Daniel goes above and beyond to make sure your stay is perfect. The house is large enough for a big family! It was clean and stocked with everything you could possibly need. The house is located close to Rainbow Springs Park. The kids enjoyed the indoor basketball game and the Pac man machine. The hot tub was a hit for both the kids and adults! I highly recommend this property!

My family of 9 thoroughly enjoyed our stay! We were in town for my nieces graduation from UF and stayed for a few nights to celebrate and enjoy some leisure and water activities. The house slept all 9 of us comfortably and we were able to gather around to have breakfast and lunches together. The kitchen is well stocked and with 3 bathrooms we all had our own privacy. The water toys were awesome! We kayaked and paddleboarded in the backyard and sat on the dock in the shade and enjoyed the views!! I would recommend this place to all and would love to come back! Daniel was fabulous to communicate with. Very prompt and friendly.

This is a great property with a beautiful view of the river. We stayed here with friends and the space was great as it allowed us to be separate but together. :) Daniel was very responsive. The house was very well equipped. We had brought all our own toys for the river, but the house had even better stuff all in excellent shape. Great stay, highly recommend.

We spent our days on the river and felt very cozy at the house for our mornings and evenings. The house had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. And I appreciated the hosts checking in the day we areived to make sure everything went smoothly upon arrival. Thank you!!

We stayed the weekend for a golf trip. Great location with a wonderful view. The only thing I can say negative, is that I wish there was a bigger TV in the living area. Other than that, I highly recommend staying here if you come to Dunnellon.

Absolutely amazing in every way possible. Andy was super nice and very accommodating. We will def have another weekend for the boys and plan on coming here again!!!
