Wake Robin Cottage - Recent renovation 4 bdrm/ 4 bath home close to tournaments

This very clean, comfortably furnished, beautifully decorated renovated farmhouse also has a well equipped kitchen! John, the host, was very helpful and always available. Three generations of our family loved staying here and hope to return again!

My friends and I really enjoyed our stay at Wake Robin Cottage! I booked our stay as soon as I found out that Louis Tomlinson's Away From Home Festival would be hosted by the Brewery Ommegang in Cooperstown. The home has our bedrooms, each with an en suite, and the beds are so comfortable. The kitchen is newly redecorated, and the living room is large and has plenty of furniture, which we appreciated for each post-festival days' recap discussions. Thank you so much for allowing us to enjoy such a comfortable stay!

The Wake Robin Cottage was amazing. It was perfectly located between both Allstar Village and Dreams Park so it was very convenient to do all the baseball things. The house is meticulously maintained. It’s beautifully decorated and you feel right at home! The house has everything you need to make it feel like your own house and an added bonus is you don’t have to share a bathroom as each bedroom has an en-suite. John was an amazing host; both responsive and personable. The attention paid to detail between the welcoming book and instructions, the amenities, the cleanliness, I could go on and on there’s literally nothing not taken care of during your stay. We hope to be back for more baseball trips in the future!

We had a wonderful stay at Wake Robin Cottage! Our two families stayed together during our trip to Cooperstown All Star Village, and the house was perfect in every way. The location was incredibly convenient—just a short drive to the baseball fields—which made our busy game schedule so much easier. The cottage itself is charming, clean, and well-equipped. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook meals at home, and there was a cozy family room where the kids could relax and watch TV after long days at the ballpark. There was plenty of space for everyone to spread out and feel comfortable. What really made the stay special was the kindness and hospitality of the owner and house manager. They were so welcoming and offered great local recommendations for things to do with our younger children during the downtime between games. From local parks to ice cream spots, they really helped us make the most of our time in Oneonta. Thank you for a fantastic stay—we’d absolutely return and highly recommend Wake Robin Cottage to other families visiting the area!

Charming cottage a short 15 minute drive to All Star Village. Pictures are exactly how we found the place, which was clean and well stocked with all the amenities needed. We had two baseball families staying and there was plenty of room for sleep, meal prep, lounging, etc. Host was very responsive and proactively communicated before our visit. The surrounding area is beautiful and downtown Cooperstown (Hall of Fame, fun shops) and Oneonta (good restaurants) are easy to reach. Would definitely recommend for anyone coming to Cooperstown for any reason. Thanks for hosting us!

I can’t say enough positive things about Wake Robin cottage! We stayed here with another family while our boys played at Dreams Village. The house was cozy and inviting, very clean and the decor was super charming! We felt like we were staying at Nana’s house! The updated kitchen was equipped with everything we needed and we enjoyed the outdoor space in the evenings as we sat by the fire pit making s’mores. It was the perfect place to stay while in Cooperstown!

Our family stayed a week for my sons baseball tournament. The location was perfect to get to Dreams Park it was exactly 12 minutes to the gates. It was very nice that every bedroom had it's own bathroom. Large/open family room and the kitchen had every thing we needed for quick meals. John was also great at communicating and answering any of my questions very quickly.

We stayed at Wake Cottage while our son played baseball at Cooperstown Dream Park. The cottage was close to the park and an easy drive there and back several times a day. We had 5 grandparents as well as younger siblings along and everyone enjoyed having space to unwind and our own bathrooms too! The owner was communicative and easy to coordinate with. A great cozy cottage away from home!

This cute little cozy cottage type home was great for our week long stay while our boys were at All Star Village! Owner was very friendly and quick to respond. Very clean, cute, and quaint home. House was fully quipped with everything needed! Only about a 12 min drive to the fields! If we ever get the chance to come back with our younger children we will definitely be booking this home again!

We stayed two nights to attend an event at our sons in nearby Delhi. Upon entering, the place was immaculate. It was a warm day and it was nice to find the a/c left on for us. The room in the cottage was more than sufficient and very comfortable. The owner was quick to respond when I had a question. Probably the best place I’ve ever rented. Would definitely recommend and stay again.

We picked this place for the AC & location and were very happy with our choice! The house is super cute, has all the amenities for a comfortable stay plus great washer and dryer for all the very dirty laundry the 12 year olds needed done. It is between Dreams Park and CASV, which is a great location! There is a lake at the end of the street and the boys had fun skipping rocks. Our only “negative” was the spider situation…more spiders than we’re used to, but we happily resided together for the week and survived 😃 John, the owner, is very friendly and very responsive.

Our family loved this property! Excellent location for a week in Cooperstown playing at the Dreams Park. It was a 15 minute easy drive to the fields. The home is absolutely adorable and you can tell the owners put a lot of love into creating a cozy and comfortable atmosphere. All the beds and linens were comfortable. Kitchen is stocked. Really it was perfect. If my younger son plays Cooperstown next year I will be booking this house again! Thank you John!
