Stayed Aug 5, 2025This is the perfect home (yes a HOME, not just a place to stay) for your Cooperstown AllStar Village visit. The home was perfect for accommodating the siblings (upstairs with 2 bedrooms, bathroom and the living room/tv/game area!) and the 2 masters downstairs both with their own bathrooms met all our needs for the adults. The kitchen is updated and stocked and you are less than 5 minutes from the fields. The proximity of this home really sold me but ultimately it met and exceeded my expectations all around. Don’t wait, book now for your Cooperstown visit, you won’t regret it!

Stayed Dec 31, 1969What can I say…. What an amazing experience it was to stay at this home. From the first phone conversation (over 40 minutes) with Kimberly was just an absolute pleasure. She explained everything and was so assuring to know we had picked the right place to stay during our time in Cooperstown. This week was crazy between heat advisory and then a bunch of lightning/rain delays during our sons tournament that it was nice to have a place so close to the fields that we could bunker in while we waited for it to clear. The house is beyond clean and has EVERYTHING, and I mean everything you need! I would not think twice about renting this place for your time in Cooperstown. Thank you Kimberly!!!!

Stayed Dec 31, 1969Alana Bertch home was everything we could have asked for and more. Being 5 minutes away from the All Stars Dream park made our week so enjoyable, not having to drive 30 mins like other baseball families was a huge plus. The home was very clean, in great shape, stocked with everything you will need including a box of items that others left. The ponchos that were left came in handy!! Kimberly was very responsive and was a great communicator. I can’t recommend this place enough!
