WAKE HAUS- Beautiful waterfront views, heated private pool, & boat lift.

Great location for Family and Friends Wakesurfing long weekend. All expectations met with Wake Haus.

Beautiful home with great amenities and a beautiful view. Everything seems new with no noticeable signs of wear and tear. It was roomy and comfortable for our family of 13. We used the boat slip and lift and all was easy to use and worked great. There are paddle boards, pool table, a pool off back patio and a golf cart. We had a great time!

House is exactly as advertised. The owners have thought of everything and the property is stocked with high quality furniture and accessories throughout. Kitchen is well stocked. Perfect home for groups of all sizes. Boat slip is easily accessible.

Everything a family needs for a 5 star visit to lake LBJ with or without a boat. House was very clean, lake vibe and comfortable after a long day on the water. Lots of stuff to do at and around the house which is great for the kiddos of all ages. Close to Kingsland and a bit further Marble Falls restaurant scene, lots of choices.

This is a very well stocked lake house that our group thoroughly enjoyed. We cooked all meals in and we had all the kitchen items to do so. Property is great because it’s right on the water, close to our boat in the slip. It’s also nice having houses on only one side and not the other, for a bit more privacy. We also appreciated that the furniture/towels/glssses etc in the house were of excellent quality, not “cheap” just because it’s a rental. This is a very well thought out house with everything you need to enjoy your stay!

This is the most beautiful and well equipped house we have stayed in! They had everything you could need or want. It’s decor is so beautiful and fresh. It was so clean and manicured. A wonderful pool and great location. We highly recommend it and would love to stay there again! It’s perfect for families!

One of the best VRBO properties we’ve stayed at! House is extremely well furnished. Great location and incredible property we spent July 4th week at. Extremely well organized home with every amenity and items stocked you can think of needing. Coffee bar was superb. Small but chill private pool, toys, full pool table and ping pong, good views and convenient access to our boat. Was worried about the house being too close to neighbors but that wasn’t any problem even when we were all outside on back porches at same time. Host was very fast to respond and answer any questions or help. Highly recommended.

The good: Overall the place was fantastic. It’s a beautiful house and almost every amenity was considered and included, down to bikes, floaty toys for the pool, etc. If you’re looking for a gorgeous and comfortable place to stay and just chill out and/or you want lake access, I think you can’t beat it. There are cool parks and hikes within a reasonable drive. Even the nearby towns are spread out and it’s pretty much in the middle of nowhere, so just know what to expect for the area. The bad: 1) By far the biggest con - we booked the property over a year in advance for the total eclipse, then just a few weeks before our booking, the host slapped us with a huge price hike and charged us an EXTRA $1400, claiming they didn’t know what they were doing when they made the listing and set the price, and had to charge us more given the high demand for our dates. We knew we weren’t going to find a better place for 14 people to stay right in the middle of the path of totality, so we paid it, but it sure left a bad taste in our mouths. 2) The bed situation really doesn’t accommodate 14 adults. The 2 people sleeping on the foldout sofa gave up on it after the first night. At least the upper bunks in the 6-person room were reportedly not great either - I’m sure would be fine for kids though. 3) No toaster. Given the attention to detail otherwise, it just seemed like an odd oversight.
