This adorable 3 bedroom, 2 bath waterfront home provides an exclusive retreat from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. Ideally located minutes from the 7 mile bridge, area restaurants, the Turtle Hospital, and Crane Point Hammock.

Cancellation Policy ~ All cancellations are subject to a $250 cancellation fee.
We have a strict 90-day cancellation policy. There are no cancellations, switching of homes or changing of dates within 90 days of the arrival date. The following fees are nonrefundable for reservations cancelled within 90 days of arrival: security deposit, reservation fee, processing fee, and any partial rental payments.

All funds collected are nonrefundable for cancellations within 30 days of arrival.

The guest named on the rental agreement is the only one who may cancel the reservation.

    What a Great location to stay at! Short walk or bike ride to everything. Very clean great communication. Safe place to stay. Manatees every morning by the dock. Having a washer/dryer was a plus.

    Enjoyable stay. Quiet and peaceful.A few extra essentials would be nice, like a simple salt and pepper shaker and a few more silverware.I feel like we kept the place clean and left it clean, so the 300 cleaning fee seems excessive. The stay was nice and relaxing though.

    Very nice property that overlooks the canal. About half way between Key Largo and Key West. House slept 6 nicely. I do think that for the price, it would be nice to have more than 2 rolls of toilet paper and cooking items (tin foil and Pam or cooking oil)…hence the 4 stars. There is a grocery store down the road where we also purchased laundry soap.

    Clean, comfortable and has everything you need! You can have your boat feet from your door. Huge advantage over a stilt house. The location is absolutely ideal. Close to waterfront dining and close to ocean and bay. Key West is easily accessible for day trips as well. The check in/out is smooth. The company who manages this property is super friendly and helpful. Our friends rented the house next door during our stay...worked out perfect. We'll be back. Thanks Leslie and Abby!     Easy in and out for your boat. Nice sea wall for docking. 3 bedrooms are nice but wouldn’t plan on sleeping 8. Thanks

    This is comfortable and clean home. We had were 4 adults so the three bedrooms and two baths provided plenty of space. For the price we felt some things like a small supply of paper towel, toilet paper, and laundry detergent should have been provided. We paid $5 for a roll of paper towel and $3 for a roll of toilet paper at the Tom Thumb down the street. There were dish towels provided, but only one dish cloth. The bath towels were very well worn and could use some updating. Being on the canal was nice. A manatee and its baby visited one day. We walked to a nearby bait and tackle shop and purchased fishing poles to fish the canal but didn’t end up catching anything. We left the poles there for the next guests. It would have been a nice touch to have them there and available for guests to use. We would have loved to be able to walk to nearby restaurants and bars but the Overseas Hwy is really busy and there were no crosswalks nearby making it difficult. Other than the resort across the street we used Ubers to get to our two favorite spots, Sparky’s Landing and Sunset Grill. Sparky’s Landing had a nice laid back atmosphere and excellent food!
