The property was perfect!! We had 6 adults and 1 baby! Cant wait to go back!

Absolutely fantastic. An oasis with so many family friendly amenities and options. Our favorite night was a fish cookout on the beach with a fire. We will return.

It was a great place for my family to get together. Everyone had so much fun. Norman was great also. He show us around and cracked some jokes. I hope we can come back again real soon.

Beautiful views of the lagoon and ocean access, not far away. Food was delicious all the way. From one end of Key largo to the other, or pick up groceries at the local Publix which has everything you need. The house is wonderfully appointed from the kitchen to the lower den to the upstairs bedrooms each. Having a wonderful balcony to enjoy . The home was set up perfectly for the five of us easily and could easily accommodate 8 to 10 people. The peacefulness was wonderful , as well as the laughter of the kids playing on the dock in the lagoon. I would recommend this place if you're going to look for something to do in the Florida Keys.

We took advantage of all the activities available to us. There was snorkeling, kayaking, grilling, fire pit, pool and lagoon to swim. Norman provided us with all the equipment. We also spent time on available activities off site. Great time! We wished we had more time to do it all!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay (2 adults and 3 kids under 8). The place was beautiful, great view of the lagoon and pools were perfect for our young kids. We enjoyed sitting on the screened in porches every night. The property manager provided us access to beach & pool toys/chairs as well as a pack and play for our youngest to sleep in. And gave a detailed tour/overview of the entire property when we arrived. Two bedrooms on the top floor were great size and nice and cool at night. Main floor kitchen & family room were well equipped (could use some more plastic drink ware) and had comfortable seating. The ice maker was used a lot! The 3rd bedroom (lowest level) was very small - not much more than a queen bed, but it worked for us. Lowest level was also much warmer compared to the rest of the house but the ceiling fans were great downstairs! You enter from the lowest level so be prepared to climb lots of stairs (especially if you’re using all bedrooms). House was very well insulated, never heard any of the neighbors through the shared walls. This was a great location, near beaches, restaurants, grocery stores, etc.

Wonderful property! Very clean, plenty of space, and updated interior. Access to many amenities across the whole property with multiple pools, a swimming lagoon, fishing equipment, bikes, kayaks, and more. Great location to everything in Key Largo and southern Florida activities. Would highly recommend.

We had a great stay! We loved having kayaks, snorkels, a lagoon and the ocean and everything nearby. We loved feeding the fish on the property. The kitchen is well stocked with everything we needed for making meals. Nice restaurants nearby! Thanks for meeting us, Norman - that was very helpful!!

Overall a 7 out of 10. Ground floor kitchen was not a kitchen at all. Inly microwave and toaster oven. It would have been helpful to have access to the refrigerator or at least a small refrigerator. Bathrooms towel bars were broken or missing. Dryer broke on our second day and wasn’t repaired until late Friday afternoon and washer leaked badly. Kitchen was adequate but lacked cookware that matched and there were lacked drinking glasses, just wine and margaritas glasses. Beds were very comfortable. Plenty of linens and towels. Living room area could use upgraded or more seating. Kitchen chair seats were not attached. Stairs leading outside were rotted and dangerous. door slider on upstairs bedroom closetseriouadjustment

We had a great time. The accommodations had everything we needed. We loved having access to kayaks and paddle boards. Great and safe area to walk and ride bikes. They had fire pits and a great rock peninsula area to view sunsets and sunrises. There was a marina with fishing opportunities leaving area marina. The only negatives were no working bikes and not a fourth bedroom. It really was 3 bedrooms with a den area with a couch that made a bed.Would go again! Norman, the property manager, was the best!!

Great location. wonderful amenities and Norman was very helpful in explaining and touring the entire property Lots of attractions on the Key and many very good restaurants..

The townhome was large and I liked the layout so everyone had their own space. There are multiple balconies which was one of our favorite places to hang out while there. The sunrise/sunsets at the beach were beautiful! We were busy so didn’t spend much time in the lagoon or pools but the grounds were well-kept.

A bit of delay with door code, but once inside and duration of our stay everything was terrific. Comfortable and peaceful surroundings. Kitchen and bedrooms had everything needed to cook, clean and rest after a day on the water and or sightseeing! Norman was always accesible with a question if needed!

5 of us really enjoyed our stay. Norman provided great information to enjoy using their bikes, face masks 7 snorkels, etc. Best part was snorkeling in the private swimming hole lagoon, with beach stocked with tropical fish.' We all want to return

This was the perfect place for our family to stay. Norman was amazing at communicating and helping show us all the amenities. It was in a great location, very clean and had so much to enjoy. We look forward to staying here again.

The condo was very nice. Bedrooms are on the 3rd floor and it could be challenging for people with limited mobility. We had plenty of options available- bikes, kayaks, paddle boards, fishing rods. Norman was great to work with.

We had a wedding to attend in Key Largo and this was the perfect place for our family to stay for a quick trip. We were able to check in easily and our property manager was very kind. There was so much more than we even expected to be there, such as bicycles, Kayaks, fishing poles, and so much more! They even had a pack and play for our baby as well as a stroller and seat to put him in. Everything was very clean!

Norman is the best!!made us feel at home explained how to access all the amenities that came with the property The property was clean I always check for myself also we were a short drive from many other activities!!!
