Vitamin Sea | 540 ft from the beach | Private Pool, Dog Friendly

Let me just say I've been doing this for the last 15 years, I have never stayed in a house quite like this:1.Very Dirty2.Carpets fifthy3.Ants crawing on coffe tables and kitchen counters4.Took me 15 minutes to clean up the dog waste in the back yard didn't attempt to clean the front yard which was horrendous.5.Not enough bowls and untensils in the Kichen area.6.The sliding glass doors were soo hard to open they need replaced.Should be an outdoor door to come in from the pool area.7. The pool area was very nice

Pet friendly a must! Great location, our 3rd year at Vitamin Sea. Perfect for a small family. Only drawback is the lack of kitchen items, such as good cookware, pot holders, and forks!! Will bring our own next year!

The house is well-located and has a nice pool and layout. But virtually everything else about the property was problematic. The refrigerator broke (after making an increasingly loud noises for several days), the top drawer of the dishwasher was broken, the toilet didn't flush well, the sliding glass doors to the deck were difficult to maneuver (to the point that we only used the front door). The latch to the backyard gate was broken, and the grill didn't work. There were ants in the kitchen. The sliding glass door to the porch was shattered when we arrived. Although it was removed the second day of our stay, it still could have been a safety risk to the kids. The overhead light in the porch didn't work. We changed the bulb, despite the fact that the light had exposed wires and didn't look safe. The property lacked a lot of kitchen essentials (e.g., insufficient amount of silverware for a large group, no sponge, no serving bowls — we made salads in a pot). We have been coming to Sandbridge for years, and this was - hands down - the worst house we have ever stayed at. Incredibly poorly maintained. We would never return, and we were frankly stunned that owners would rent out a home in such poor condition.

My family loved this property. The pool area was lovely & the home was perfectly decorated & comfortable for all of us. Thw walk to the beach was quick & easy.

We love Sandbridge and the house is really close to the beach. The kitchen and bathrooms are nice. But the rest of the house is outdated a bit. The sliding glass doors out to the deck are very old and don’t work well. The ice machine upstairs is broken. The property management was very responsive to send someone to grease the doors. But they need to be replaced. The upstairs living room couches are not comfortable. The beds upstairs seemed fine. Some updating would make this place a gem.

My immediate family, in laws, and our two dogs stayed here at the end of September. The house needs a DEEP cleaning. We had to ask housekeeping to come back and clean the bathrooms and floors when we first arrived. The ceiling fans, outdoor furniture, light fixtures etc need a good dusting/cleaning. However, the layout of the house was great. Location is awesome Pool was super clean. Backyard is a fun space to hangout. If the property manager could guarantee the house received a deep cleaning I would definitely go back.

The house as mentioned in other reviews needed more smalleares, spoons, cooking utensils, etc. There were small things that needed some attention with a deep clean. The outdoor space is amazing. It was great to have a pool where all 6 of us could be in th poo not be cramped. The yard

We swam in the pool a lot. Enjoyed the beach. It was quality time with our kids and grandchildren. It’s a very nice area. We loved the Aquarium! It was a wonderful week!

The location of the house is such an easy walk to the beach and the pool/fenced in back yard is great. We did have some issues with the remote controlled lights/ceiling fans in at least two of the bedrooms. They wanted to turn on and off on their own, i.e. the light would come on in the middle of the night or the fan would shut off for no reason. There isn't much in the way of cooking utensils, no oven mitts for removing things from the oven, and not enough silverware. The ice maker in the refrigerator/freezer upstairs didn't work, which would be good to know before you arrive so you can stop for bags of ice. But, overall this is a great house and I would rent again!

Very good stay. However, not enough flatware. Advertised occupants are 14, yet there were only 11 forks, and not many more spoons or knives. Recommend more flatware. Also, the roasting pan had rust on the inside. Not very sanitary.
