Vista Cay resort Orlando~Newly renovated~3/3.5 Townhouse~sleeps 10!

We had a great experience at this property. It was the perfect location for our Universal Studios trip. It was just a short drive to the park and a very inexpensive Uber if you don’t want to drive. There were plenty of dining options nearby and Publix is just down the road.The unit was spacious for our party of 6 and gave everyone enough privacy. The beds were firm which is not my preference but I slept well and they were comfortable enough. We didn’t utilize the kitchen much so I can’t speak to that, but there appeared to be plenty of dishes and utensils.We didn’t use any neighborhood amenities but they appeared to be nice. We liked being in a gated community and grounds were well kept.Communication was great with quick responses every time. We would stay at this property again!

This duplex was in a great location - very close to Epic and an easy drive to Universal and Islands of Adventure. The property was clean and fresh. We walked over to the pool house, but didn’t use those amenities as we spent all free time at the parks. Our family of 5 had plenty of room and the area itself was quiet. One note: the beds at every firm. This is a matter of preference - some will like them and others won’t.

Fabulous house, well stocked with pots pans complimentary toiletries etc... Loved the kitchen pack which came in useful. The kids loved the Oreos and bag that were part of the welcome pack.Great location, 5mins to epic universe, 15 mins to outlets 10 mins to universal studios.Communication with Pam was great, always responded quickly and friendly to messages.will Def recommend the house to friends and family and will stay again without hesitation. 5*

The location is perfect for our needs. Great, clean space to spread out when traveling with a group. Easy communication with Pam and the property management team. We’ve had Pam as a host in the past same excellent service and property once again.

Super clean and easy place to stay when hitting up Universal or anything on I-Drive. It fit five adults amply, giving 2 couples privacy that would cost thousands at an “in the bubble” hotel. The townhome was very nicely appointed and exceptionally well maintained. Great pool area with a tended bar area was greatly appreciated by members in our group of travelers! Garage for one vehicle was a blessing, even though the gated community gave no cause for worry. I just love the added layer of protection a closed parkings area provides.Shop no further! This is the place when staying at Epic and Helios isn’t on the cards.

The host was very welcoming and accommodating. The location was wonderful with a lot of accessible food/grocery options close by. A lot of very good amenities offered in the community. The place was nice and spacious, but the reason for the lower rating is the cleanliness. For the weekend it was fine, but couldn’t stay longer than that. Floors were dirty and unsure if sheets were washed. Bathrooms slightly dirty and outdated. Overall it was still a nice experience, just needed to be tidied up a bit. Lastly, I would have liked to see more towels, blankets, etc in the residence, but understandable.

1. The tote bag and Oreos were a great touch. My kids were excited to walk into that. Thank you for those.2. We really loved that the pool was open so late. 3. The unit was clean and comfortable and spacious. 4. We love the large coffee pot. With us having 8 people the 12 cup pot was essential. Usually vacation rental properties we stay at have a tiny coffee pot. We're not that type of family. 5. The property was very close to the amusement parks. It was nice to not stay on Disney/Universal property but still be so close. 6. Everyone we contacted with questions leading up to and during our stay, was pleasant and seemed happy to help.

Condo was clean & welcoming. We had issues with the code to get in. But Pam & managment company was great at being responsive and working things out. There was some confusion on restocking items that were used. We were concerned if there would be some sort of repercussion using the toiletries & eating the oreo's.

We had a very nice stay. Host was really responsive when needed. Home was very clean and will stay again when in Orlando.

Place close to SeaWorld and Universal. We very much enjoyed this location.

Pam, our host, was very helpful in giving information regarding the facilities and even helped us to get in a little ahead of schedule. Her place was perfect for our needs!

Toilet wasn’t working and it was taken care of right away when we were gone

Clean and comfortable! The private driveway was great, so was the variety of rooms. Would definitely stay again.

clean and quiet with everything one would need to stay stress free at a condo. the weather did not allow for any pool time, but it looked amazing. very close to restaurants and grocery. would stay again

A really enjoyable stay, the accommodation was as listed and in a fantastic location. Highly recommended.

Overall this is a great place to stay. I do wish the kitchen had measuring cups. The sheets were a bit itchy but I am picky when it comes to sheets. However, plenty of space. The location and amenities were nice.

Stayed here for volleyball tournament at convention center. Great location and unit was very clean and comfortable. Communication and checkin was great. No complaints.

Experience was great from the start. Far exceeded expectations. Communication with host and VRBO experience all good. Would recommend this rental for Orlando stay.

Great space, very convenient to the convention center. Kids really enjoyed the pool and game room at the club house. You can walk to a grocery store, brewpub, and several restaurants. You can see the new Universal park going up across the street. We had a little confusion on check in that the management company didn't send us our door code, but that was the only hiccup. The owner made sure we were taken care of after that.

Everything perfect, would love a heated pool

We had a wonderful stay here. The pictures are exactly what the house looks like. Very clean! The best part is that it’s 4-7 minutes away from the Convention Center. We went for a cheer competition and it was great getting the girls ready in the morning since every room has its own bath. Publix and other great amenities are right around the corner! We will definitely be booking again!

The property was as shown in the online pics, clean & neat. All comp supplies and clean linens provided. Semi quick response from property mgmt when we had an issue with the clothes dryer not working, but got resolved. Disappointed that the pool was not available during our stay, no mention of this issue by owner prior to our arrival.

Overall, the property was nice and well kept. The cleaning crew had done a very good job however, when we arrived at the property, the pool amenities were not open.

Location to Universal was great! Surrounding area was nice with lots of conveniences like Publix, Walgreens, and Dunkin within walking distance.Property looked great in photos and the space was very large and accommodating for our family. It was clean but when you looked closely the property looked like it was in pretty rough shape; chipping paint, wobbly and broken furniture, and low quality linens (towels and bedding).I did not receive check in directions on the app or via email as VRBO suggested a few days out. As we were *one hour* from check in, I was frantically trying to message the owner through the app and spent almost 20 minutes with customer support— all while driving to our vacation/property. There were also no clear instructions about the checkout expectations and we didn’t know if we were supposed to take out any trash or do anything special with the kitchen or used linens. Overall the place was adequate but I’ll likely not book again with VRBO in the future.

The property is located in an accessible area and in a gated community. The unit wlas clean and nicely set up. The master bedroom and bathroom on the ground level is a nice size. However, it feels like a basement bedroom and the bed itself was extremely hard and the pillows flat as pancakes. The upstairs bedrooms were comfortable. pancakes.

Enjoyed the townhouse, it fit us perfectly. Would have liked softer towels. Minor issue with garbage disposal but it did not damper our stay or enjoyment. Pool area was under construction, which we were not expecting. Clouds out anyway so we wouldn't have gone.

I recommend this townhouse and would stay here again. It was clean and in a perfect location for going to the airport and amusement parks. Communication with property owner was excellent. Only issue is the WiFi information in the kitchen isn’t correct but it is correct in the information Pam (home owner) sends you before check in.

We enjoyed our stay at this townhouse. Very clean and had everything we needed for our stay. We loved how close it is to Universal.
