Vintage Trail House in Historic Downtown Snohomish- 3 bed 2 bath home

An adorable and immaculately clean house in a perfect location! Our family enjoyed our stay and walked the trail to the local brewpub. We appreciated that the house was stocked with everything we needed. Thank you!

We just checked out of our second visit here. It will certainly not be our last! Jen was incredibly responsive and the house was clean, beautiful and lovely. Beautiful neighborhood and a quick walk to downtown Snohomish. Five stars all around!

Jen is very quick to respond to messages. The home was the cleanest rental I’ve been in. Location was super, however the did hold a half marathon the Sunday we were there and that set up began about 5:00 AM. Just something to be aware of. A fun place to stay in Snohomish. It was our first visit.

The house and location are great.

This property is exceptionally clean, very well laid out, and the host has provided everything you could possibly need (if not, there’s a CVS within walking distance). Communication is great, we didn’t have any issues, we were able to park two cars (suv and sedan) comfortably. The upstairs rooms were large and comfortable, as were the beds, the third bedroom has a trundle bed which worked perfectly. We would stay here again in a heartbeat if we are up this away again.

This was one of the best VRBO’s that we’ve rented. Very nice spacious house, all the necessities, and many other things that travelers often forget. The location was great within walking distance of downtown and near the trails. I would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful home, felt like our own home. Loved the fireplaced and the master suite downstairs. Had everything we needed and very close to shops and reataurants. Will definitely booked again of in the area. 5 stars.

We loved this house! The amenities were great. Practically everything provided. The fire place was a bonus. I used it every day. Would definitely stay here again.

Excellent in all categories! Don’t bypass this if you’re planning on enjoying Snohomish. Btw, if you’re planning to visit Woodinville wine scene, this is an excellent home base for that also.

This is probably my favorite rental property ever. The house was the perfect home base as we travelled from Olympic National Park to the Northern Cascades. My family of four enjoyed the stay and it could have easily accommodated two more. The home is situated right on a walking trail, across from a great green space with playground and an easy walk into the adorable town and riverfront. I only wish we had more time to spend in this quaint, family friendly town. I highly recommend!

This house is perfectly located for daily trips into Snohomish or Everett or even on Seattle.We had breakfast every day in Snohomish and wandered around the town before we had to head off to Everett. One of our favorite places is the tavern which is within walking distance of the house. Made some new friends there.!

Very clean, cute house in a nice location next to a clean and well kept park. Many little shops and coffee stores around. Communication with the owner was amazing and ever worked out seamlessly. If you are looking for a nice place to rest, this is it!

This is a lovely remodeled cottage, with beautiful decor. The beds are comfortable and the master bedroom and bath are spacious. There is even a gas fireplace for cold days. The upstairs has two bedrooms but be aware that the second bath is on the main floor- not upstairs. I would definitely recommend and stay again. The location is convienenly close to restaurants and there is a walking path and playground near by.

Everything was thought of- from coffee to toothpaste to baby gates. The space was created with love and thoughtfulness and you can feel it. The closeness to the trail is amazing- walking into town was a joy, and there are fun places nearby as well. This is the kind of place you want to give a five star review of- but are tempted to keep a secret so it will be available for return visits. We hope to return!

This is a cute house! It was extremely clean and very well appointed. There were lots of little extras to make you feel welcome. Location was great, we enjoyed our visit and will definitely stay again!

Wonderful 3 bed home close to shops and restaurants. Snohomish is such a cute town. We loved the fireplace, beautifully stocked kitchen with Coffee maker, coffee pods and tea. Home was spotless! Memory foam beds and temperature control in each bedroom. We will be back!! Love, love, love!!

What a great stay my family and I had at the Vintage Trail House! It was beautiful and clean, kitchen and bathrooms were well stocked, and it was just as described in the listing. Check-in was a breeze and communication with the host was very easy. Thanks for a great stay!

It is a very nice modern home to stay in. The master bedroom window could use black out curtains because of the lights outside at night. Otherwise we were very happy and enjoyed our stay.

We enjoyed all the shopping and restaurants nearby.

Great property! Jen was terrific and prompt with any inquiries. House is ideally situated near downtown Snohomish. The property is very well maintained and lots of fun little amenities made the stay enjoyable. Two bedrooms upstairs, but no bathroom, so those upstairs need to be prepared to use one of the bathrooms on the main floor. Two very nice full bathrooms and a good sized master. Really nice place. Highly recommend.
