Stayed Aug 4, 2025Arrived to house to find no golf cart. Called owner numerous times and messaged her thru VRBO, with no answer. We had to go rent a golf cart for our stay even though in the pictures and listing it has a 4 person golf cart. When owner called back she said that it had been wrecked and for me to read my contract. She was very rude and I feel like this was false advertisement. The house is not worth the price without the golf cart. I would NEVER rent from her again!! Worst experience we have ever had renting at the villages.
