Village of Charlotte Retreat: 3BR, 2BA Home, Golf Cart, & Dog-Friendly Bliss

Beautiful house! Great location! Lots of amenities. We will stay at this one again.

We enjoyed our stay and would select this house again for future stays.

This house was great for our family visit to The Villages. Good location - close to Brownwood Paddock Square and groceries. Well stocked kitchen and linens. It was nice to have the golf cart available. We would definitely stay here again.

Reviewer Comments: good until we got home. could not rent for 2021 as we were told the owners had not returned the contract yet.told we were told we had first chance for 2021. got home and the next day tried again to rent and could not. called and were told it had already been rented for march 2021. POOR!! what happened to first chance. we wanted 2wks in april also. lost revenue!!

Grill was not used but was dirty and golf cart was not filled with gas. We made sure it was filled when we left but did not use the grill so please don't count that against us.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The property was very clean and comfortable. It had everything we needed. For some reason, there was no cold water in the kitchen. Management came over and took care of it. Also, the garage door was on someone else’s frequency and we found the garage door open multiple times, unexpectedly. The golf cart needs some tuning up, unless you don’t mind backfiring and gas fumes. We reported that to management, so hopefully, next renter won’t have to deal with it. The pool was a 2 min drive, and Captiva Rec center was very close.

We loved the area so much we've decided to stay and are now renting. This stay at Greenacres was incredibly peaceful, and I can't say enough things about the staff in the way we were treated. The highest recommendation I can give.
