Villa with swimming pool, enclosed garden 1000m2, 150m from the sea, Le Cabellou, wifi

The experience with the landlady were not the best which is the reason why we wouldn’t recommend to book the house. The house needs some refurbishment. The landlady tried to charge us with fantasy costs and costs for late check out. We left 10 minutes after the cleaning lady arrived for handing over the keys. In addition, when we arrived we had the „pleasure“ of removing a pile of dog poo from the lawn. The bikes were sitting nicely in the garage - locked - and couldn’t be used. Minor damages to an outdoor table and a chain of lights couldn’t be settled with the insurance company because the landlady refused to provide pictures and an invoice.

We had a great time in this lovely house at a walking distance of the most beautiful beaches! The house has all the comfort you need and our children loved the large garden.

The house is as good as it looks in the photo's and is equipped with everything you could possibly need. Three small beeches are a short walk away and they provided endless entertainment for our 2 year old son. The beeches are mainly sandy and separated by rocks which were a source of entertainment in themselves. The bus to Concarneau is a short stroll away but the town can also be reached by foot and takes about an hour at a leisurely pace. Nearby there are several supermarkets, boulangeries and restaurants including a take away Pizza place that serves very good pizza's. The house is perfect for visiting the surrounding area such as Pont Aven and Quimper. One tiny point to note is the provided cot wasn't suitable for a two year old as the sides were too low meaning he could easily climb out. It wasn't an issue as we put him in a bed and that worked out fine for us. i can't recommend this property highly enough. It was perfect.

Location parfaite à notre goût. Maison très bien équipée, on se sent chez soi. Décor très agréable intérieur comme extérieur. Plages à proximité, à pieds, avec choix, facilement accessibles aux jeunes comme aux anciens.... Petits et grands ont apprécié, les toutous aussi car très beau jardin clos et très bien entretenu. Propriétaire sympathique.

Coin tranquille avec belle plage de sable. Nous avons séjourner (4 adultes + 4 enfants ) dans une maison parfaitement équipé et propre, avec un grand jardin, mer et plage à 150 métres. La proprriétaire est trés avenante, et trés gentille

Location impeccable !! rien à redire !!! grand jardin très bien entretenu....plage à 2min à pied ... belles ballades sur le sentier côtier tout proche ...Maison parfaitement équipée ...quartier calme , reposant .... on reviendra sans problème !.. Merci pour tout !
