Villa Cantucci is an independent house privately situated between the Val d’Era and the Val di Cecina at only 2 km from Volterra and 25 from San Gimignano. The area for miles around is a jewel-case of natural beauty. This well restored villa is set in a stunning position at the feet of the Etruscan town. The house is very comfortable furnished and both from the pool and large windows are incredible views of the area. Villa Cantucci is a beautiful renovated villa for a family or a smallgroup of friends and itself has been recently restored to a good standard, maintaining many traditional features and blessed with modern comforts in a thoroughly traditional and rustic setting. The pool with a nice view, the patio and the barbecue are perfect for outdoor summer fun, relaxing and dining with sun all day long. Swimming pool is open from April 15th to October 15th.
