Pinturicchio Apartment

The apartment is located in the Borgo Collevicchi, has been recently refurbished, in full respect of the typical features typical of Tuscany, with the addition of modern comforts such as air conditioning, internet and WIFI.

The apartment is immersed in the green Tuscan hills, in a very quiet residence with all amenities, including a swimming pool available for all apartments.

It is composed of: Large exclusive property garden with gazebo and deckchairs, large living room with kitchen, double bedroom with private bath with large shower, twin bedroom with twin beds, bathroom with large shower, utility room with washing machine. It is located on the 1st floor and has independent entrance.
The apartment is also near the village of Lajatico, where there is the famous THEATER OF SILENCE (also visible from the pool area) where many times a year are performed concerts of Bocelli; The actual distance to the apartment from the theater is only 5 km (10 minutes by car).

Interaction with guests

I will personally receive all the guests at every weekly change and will be available on the cellphone for any need.

The apartment is part of a recently restored Borgo-residence BORGO COLLEVICCHI, through a careful research of the original natural materials and typically typical Volterra.

Our Pinturicchio apartment is part of the imposing stone farmhouse of the Borgo.

The buildings are surrounded by scented roses and framed by narrow streets marked by cypress rows that give the place the typical Tuscan flavor and atmosphere.

A panoramic swimming pool enhances and enhances the village as a place to relax with an impressive view of the Tuscan countryside.

The pleasure of waking up in nature and enjoying a sunset behind the green hills is an emotion that only a holiday in the village can give you.

- From Bridge to Indian to enter the SGC
- Florence-Pisa-Livorno (FI-PI-LI)
- follow the signs for Montespertoli
- continue along the SP4 over Castelfiorentino, Gambassi Terme, Villamagna
- then continue to Volterra

For those coming from NORD:
- exit at Firenze-Certosa and take the motorway junction
- Siena-Florence direction Siena / Colle val d'Elsa
- Exit at Colle Val d'Elsa Nord towards SS68
- then continue towards Volterra
- At Roncolla turn right towards SS439dir
- after about 10 Km, at the first intersection turn left towards Volterra

GO TO VOLTERRA BY TRAIN:

For those who travel by train, the Saline di Volterra station, a fraction of about 10 km from the center of Volterra, is connected only to Cecina station, with littorina and with frequent trips, mainly during the school period. Sometimes the Cecina - Saline di Volterra route is carried out with a replacement automobile service always charged by the State Railways.

The closest used railway stations are those of Cecina and Pontedera. These stations are connected with Volterra by bus.
