Stayed Sep 23, 2025What a wonderful villa, from the large pool, to the well laid out and equipped interior,The location couldnt be better, We absolutely loved our 14 days there,It had such a welcoming feel from the moment we arrived,The only disappointment being our time passed to quickly,I would highly recommend this to anyone looking to visit the area,Wonderful doesn't do it justice

Stayed Sep 28, 2023Great Villa, if a bit dated; I think this has been a general theme amongst other reviews. The kitchen would benefit from a rip out and update, and the TV is a bit too wee for the living room. The forna around the pool gives great privacy but the tree to the North would benefit from a topping to stop shading the pool during the day. Great comms with the host, excellent advice and very helpful with the local hire car and transfer to and from Larnica, 5 stars for Oscar Cars. Overall, really enjoyed our stay and would book again.

Stayed Jul 29, 2023Passed a lovely peaceful 2 weeks at lavender steps. Close to shops and restaurants. Reasonably close to beaches and within reach of interesting tourist sites to visit.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969All the specifications are correct apart from the air con which is only located in the bedrooms upstairs. Plus throughout my stay the air con in the largest room did not work. I had to contact the manager on numerous occasions. My stay was ruined as I was eight months pregnant and it was too much for me. I spoke with Elizabeth the landlord who was lovely but unfortunately her Mark who manages the her home was not reliable. If the air con was throughout the property and actually worked this would be a great place to stay.

Stayed Sep 10, 2019Situated in a very queit and peaceful residential location, the price was reasonable and thevilla was very clean but the decor and pool furnature were tired and in need of some TLC. Had a few issues all were sorted very quickly and efficiently by freindly staff. Information pack extreamly good as we used the private hospital recommended well worth a stay and would go back and stay again.

Stayed Jul 27, 2019Villa is dated in some areas ,but clean and everything working fine.it has a fantastic pool, cleaned regularly, linen change halfway through holiday, very quiet area.12 minutes walking distance to restaurants ,bars,supermarket within 5 minutes drive.car hire and transfers from Larnaca really good. Welcome pack provided,which was handy due to late arrival..Good value.
