The spacious high-quality & well equipped 125 sqm villa (built in 2023) is located at Alsancak Girne/Kyrenia. within 5 minutes’ drive from popular beaches, restaurants, groceries, coffee shops, banks, and Casinos.
The space
The 2 floors semi-detached villa has 2 bedrooms + 1.5 bathrooms with a total of 2 double beds and one large sofa bed hosting up to a total of 6 guests (+babies).
Downstairs, there is a spacious open plan kitchen and living area with a separate WC. Upstairs there are two double bedrooms and a WC and a shower.
The property’s outdoor space includes a front car park area and back patio with outdoor dining area.
