The villa is suitable for families with children, ideal for those wishing to bring their four-legged friends along, and is very welcoming, comfortable and surrounded by trees. 2,500 m² plot (fenced), garden with plants, flowers and trees,in-ground swimming pool with salt-water purification system (8.00 m x 4.00 m, depth 150 cm, open from May to September, weather permitting). Outdoor shower, garden furniture and sun loungers, barbecue, grill, pizza oven.
The villa is spread over two floors, totalling 250 m².
Ground floor: 2 double bedrooms, living room with fireplace and satellite TV. Access to the garden. Large, well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, ‘Lavazza A Modo Mio’ capsule coffee machine and dining table with access to the air-conditioned veranda overlooking the garden, where you will find a further dining area. Two bathrooms with showers.
