Enjoy grilling on the private back patio, coffee on the front porch,or taking in the scenery on the upper deck. The inviting layout provides ample space for everyone, with added touches like radiant heat, A/C, memory foam mattresses, super-fast Wi-Fi, 2 kitchens and a 2 car garage! With 5 bedrooms including 1 King bed, 2 queen beds, and 2 twin beds (that can be converted to Kings), this superb property offers plenty of space for all guests. Luxurious amenities such as 100% cotton bath and bed linens, microfiber face cloths, sateen pillowcases, memory foam mattresses, and individual toiletries to get you started. Each bedroom has its own Smart TV. Fully stocked Gourmet Kitchen upstairs, and a second Kitchenette, Rec Room with Smart TV, and extra full washer and dryer downstairs. Your Space: The Primary suite has gorgeous views of the Flatirons and Mt. Sanitas, a king bed, a private sunny deck, and occupies the entire top floor. You will love the claw-foot soaking tub and walk-in shower in the 5-piece Primary bathroom and the walk-in closet, 55 Smart TV in retractable cabinet, ceiling fan, A/C, and radiant heated floors that provide all the comforts of home. Main levels’ fully equipped Chef's kitchen opens to the furnished back patio with propane BBQ grill in the fenced back yard. Easy access through the attached 2 car garage that has a Stage 1 EV charging outlet, shelves for your extra items, and bicycle hooks. The main level laundry room is stocked with detergent, clothing steamer, an iron, and an ironing board. Main level dining room can seat up to 12 and opens to the covered front porch and professionally managed flower gardens. Main level living room has a 75 Smart TV (with surround sound) and a double sided fireplace. Behind a cabinet above the fireplace is a printer/scanner and office supplies. Main level bedrooms have a Queen sized bed, and a Twin bed that converts to a King, these bedrooms share the main level ¾ bathroom. Lower level bedrooms have a Queen sized bed, and a Twin bed that converts to a King, these bedrooms share the lower level full bathroom. Efficiently designed, the lower level can have it's own private entrance. The lower level has a full sized 2nd kitchen (all but the range/oven), 2nd living room with a 65” Smart TV, and a second full sized washer/dryer stocked with detergent, iron, and folding ironing board. Due to the huge lot size and location, this home provides ample space and privacy. It has 3 separate yards! Managed by the homeowners who live in Boulder, we are dedicated to making this your most enjoyable visit ever. Guest Access: Guests enjoy the entire home, grounds, and 2 car attached garage. Guests will be given garage door openers, the unique code to the garage keypad, door keys, and the keyless door locks will be programmed to a unique access code for each stay. The shed is for the Owner’s use, and there is a locked room off the garage that stores guest supplies, as well as a locked closet in the basement that also stores guest supplies. Guests can check in on their own, or we are happy to welcome you, show you the space and answer any questions. Professional gardeners and lawn maintenance manage the grounds. The gardeners do their thing every other week during the warmer months, but do not need access to the back yard. The lawn mowers come weekly during the summer months and will need brief access to the back yard. Other services such as sprinkler maintenance and winterizing, lawn fertilization, aeration and tree maintenance will occur on occasion, and guests will be given advanced notice. Snow on front walks, steps and driveway is shoveled if more than 3 inches accumulate. Additional items provided by the Homeowners: 2 full 20 lb. tanks of propane for the BBQ grill, Pack-n-Play style bed, baby high chair, baby counter chair, diaper pail and changing pad, children's dishes and silverware, beach towels and sheets, a cooler, cleaning supplies, dog beds/bowls/waste bags. Supplies such as paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, aluminum foil, cling wrap, ziplock and compost bags are provided in abundance.
