- Bedrooms 2 and 3: One queen-size bed (160×200)
- Bedroom 4: Two single beds (90x200)
- A study with a sofa bed (sleeps 2)
- Bathroom with shower
- Separate WC
- A veranda with a games room

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, plancha, washing machine and tumble dryer, ironing board and iron, and a baby kit (cot, mattress, high chair, shower bouncer and potty).

- A private heated swimming pool (27°), 4mx8m, open from late April to early November, with a pool house and outdoor shower.
- A beautiful garden of approximately 1,185 m² with 30 varieties of plants and trees

- A parent is responsible for all children swimming.
- The opening dates of the swimming pool are non-contractual.
- A pool attendant is on duty every Thursday afternoon and a gardener on Friday or Saturday.
