Stayed Sep 11, 2025GREAT location. furnishings of the home? Meh. the sofa was so cheap I could feel the springs in it. Dining room chairs are cheap plastic. Its a flip so the over all construction is cheap, making the clean home - newly designed feel dirty. Check out is 9am which for a vacation home is unrealistic. the exterior deck sofa was cheap. The towels were old & mis matched. Not a luxury feel at all. The basement bedroom / bathroom- the smell of mold was everywhere. The wall in the basement was deteriorating. Water spots on the ceilings - IMO the basement rooms were not usable. The house has debris from construction all in the drawers & closets. It lacks any form of luxury. But its walking distance to the beach & restaurants. The neighbors were having a fight all weekend- loved the domestic violence, it was obvious this was a regular occurrences. Only street parking. not guaranteed. Only 1 TV. Not all blinds were working - leaving windows exposed. Needs a Keurig.

Stayed May 2, 2024My family and I had a great time staying at this villa! It was clean, had good amenities, a perfect location and the property manager was great to work with. He was quick to respond to my questions and was very accommodating
