Stayed Jul 15, 2023Excellent location and great neighborhood just a few minutes walk to the ⛱️. Our family had an incredible time, with daily walks to the beach and the town. We rode bikes all around Long Beach and beyond, and the house was perfectly located. The house really makes you feel at home and Tom was available for any questions we had. Excellent host! You wont be disappointed.

Stayed Aug 1, 2022We had a great stay at Tom's place. Check-in was flexible and very straightforward. Everything was clean and tidy upon arrival, no clutter and lots of space for our things. There are comfortable beds and seating/TV situations. Tom was incredibly helpful and responsive any time we had questions or little issues. Quick walk to the Pacific playground and the beach a huge plus. An easy drive or leisurely walk to downtown Long Beach. A great place for this 4-person family.

Stayed Jun 20, 2022This is the second time we rented for 3+ weeks in Long Beach and this house was great. It was super clean, roomy for my family of 4 and best of all, was right near the beach on a quiet street. The owner was also easy to communicate with and willing to help. I would definitely recommend this and plan on staying again in the future!

Stayed Jul 3, 2021Tom was great and his place is equally great. So clean and he had everything one would need for a fabulous vacation. And extras that were just very kind things that made our stay extra special. Great location, just 2 blocks from the beach. We really went for the beach vacation and we were not disappointed. I highly recommend this place and we were very grateful for our wonderful stay.

Stayed Jul 19, 2020Needed a place to stay near the beach with 3 bdrms and an office with a workstation. This was just what we needed. Tom was helpful and responsive... Just wish we didn't host a hurricane while we were there (Isaias).
