Villa Matina cycladic inspired home in Plaka

We had an amazing time at this fabulous property in Naxos. The communication was excellent. We were met at the rental and everything was explained in detail. The house was gorgeous and well equipped. We loved the hot tub on the roof! We asked for a late check out last minute and they were able to accommodate us. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped. Although it’s close to the beach you really can’t walk due to the curvy roads and lack of sidewalks. Plenty of parking by the beach though. The maids came every couple of days and took the trash and brought towels. Very nice!! Don’t hesitate to book this lovely home!

My family, including two kids under 2, stayed at Villa Matina for a week. A beautiful property (landscaping is really something!). The pool and roof top were used daily, and made the stay special. Our girls were able to pick fresh vegetables from the garden as well. Note that the location is best served by a car, and the walk to the beach is short but at times harrowing with kiddos.

From check in to check out it couldn’t have been easier. The location is perfect, the home is beautiful, with a private pool, hot tub on the roof and wonderful sunset views. Our hosts could not have been nicer and easier to communicate with throughout. Clean, well appointed - so nice!

So much to see on Naxos but this villa was so nice it was hard to leave. Pool, hot tub, great views, lovely landscaping. Well stocked Kitchen and outside grill allowed us to cook several meals there. Close to everything. Quick trip to town, supermarket or beach. Property owner very responsive to every request. Great gathering places for all 8 in our party or quiet little nooks to get away and read. This place should be on everybody's choice list.

Wonderful villa in a great location. Spacious, clean, well equipped. The check in process was seamless and we were provided with excellent information about the local area. The villa is kept to a high standard. We had a really wonderful time and already planning our next trip. Thank you!

Our stay got off to the best start when we were warmly met at the airport by Chantell. The drive to the villa was 5 minutes and it was as pretty as the pics on Vrbo. The supermarket is close. The beach is beautiful! The town is hopping. We stayed at this location for the first of our two weeks on the island. The villa we moved to after fails to compare. Villa Matina is high class!

This property exceeded our expectations! It's in a quiet, peaceful area; 10 minute walk to Plaka beach. The villa is new and very clean. The multiple verandahs are equipped with outdoor furnishings, including comfortable loungers and pillows. The main level has a very nice swimming pool and private al fresco area where we enjoyed cooking and dining outside every night. The hot tub on the top level has 360 degree views where we enjoyed catching the sunrise and sunset! The host and property management were very responsive to all our needs. We would highly recommend this property.
