Good location and good communication. Screens would have helped in windows and roof leaks to keep lizards and bugs out.

We were here for Christmas and had a fantastic time! Everything was great!

What a blessing it was for my family to stay in paradise for a month. The memories we made together are priceless. We talk about our adventures all the time and of course dream of returning. Thank you Villa Iris and Moorea.

This property was perfect for our family of five’s one week stay. House was plenty roomy, clean and had all we needed to cook, lounge, snorkel and enjoy the sunset. Centrally located, so with a rental car, was easy to get to where we wanted to go - especially to Super U Are in PaoPao or Maharepa for breakfast and other groceries/shopping. Would love to stay here again!

Nice house but the selling point is the beach cabana. Beautiful view, great for snorkeling. The only challenge was finding the house - we would recommend a bigger sign on the fence.

The house who rented has small beach cabin, very close by that we could use. This was paradise and snorkeling is amazing. My kids refused to go to any other beach on the island. We spent eight days there. We had everything we needed in the house which was well stocked, including kayaks. On the property we had banana trees, pineapple trees, and of course coconut trees. We will definitely return.

Everything about this property was excellent. Clean, homely, and well set up for a large group but also perfect for our family of three adults. The aircon in the bedrooms was welcome, but we spent most time lazing on the lanai. The private beach is a few steps away. Only downside was having to check in and out with an agent who changed times after our ferry bookings and plans were made. We didn’t want to leave and hope to return.

This is a great house to stay in. The main residence is nicely presented and very comfortable. We had 4 people (family with 2 older teens) and it was plenty of space for us - would easily accommodate 6 but 8 would be cosy. The best part - the private beach! With it's own lawn, deck, day-house, sandy beach. The best snorkelling we had was directly off this beach.

This was the most convenient house with beach access we have used! It is a well laid out home great for large groups, although we were only a group of four. The garden area was beautiful with the smell of fragrant flowers in the morning and evening. We spent a lot of time at the beach house and it was convenient and relaxing. Thank you so much for opening your place for our vacation.

The fare Iris was a great place to stay! We spent tons of time out on their beautiful deck, it’s clearer someone spends a lot of time maintaining the yard here at the house. Unfortunately the space down at the beach could have used some love, and do with some updating the table was two poorly made sawhorses and a thin piece of ply wood and overgrown with some poky weeds. Our concierge noted that they would send a gardener down to take care of it but during our two week stay we didn’t see them. Nonetheless it was a beautiful view and a private beach definitely worth it. If ever back in Moorea would stay again!
