Villa in gated community -Large South facing saltwater heated pool- lake views!

From day one, the AC of the property did not function well. From 12 PM to Midnight, the temperature in house was unbearable. Owners were very responsive, but could not solve the issue. They kept blaming the better in Florida.

We had a great time in Naples. The home was perfect, neighborhood was great, host was awesome. Thanks so much. Hope to be back again.

Had 8 people ages 1 thru 74 spend the week together in this beautiful home. The place is even bigger than the photos let on, especially the living room and the master suite. Kitchen had everything we needed for cooking most of our meals at the house. Our kids spent hours in the pool having the time of their lives. Garage fit our large SUV just fine. We used the provided beach gear for our multiple trips to the beach. Bedding and linens were all clean and comfortable. TVs were nice and new. AC worked like a charm. Would absolutely stay again.

The home is beautiful. The beach theme is carried out through all living spaces and the pool area. The color scheme and artwork added to the beach feel of the home. The pool was wonderful and was the kids favorite part of our trip. The safety latches on all the doors leading to the pool was a great feature for younger kids and we appreciated that. The home is very kid friendly. My grandkids didn’t want to leave. The location is close to everything we wanted to do. The neighborhood is safe, quiet, and the neighbors are very friendly. Everything was perfect! We did have a few problems with the air conditioner, but the owner was very responsive and worked with the AC company to get everything fixed immediately.

The home is fully equipped. From the pool the view of the water is so relaxing! Perfect place for our morning coffee. Lovely neighborhood. Quick access to everything.

We spent 2 weeks at this property. We loved the cleanliness of the house, and the resposiveness of the owners and property managers. The kitchen was bright and well stocked and it allowed us to make meals as if we were in our own home. The community felt safe and the location was convenient to several grocery stores and the beach. We we definitely return to this property.

Very clean. Great location. Owners were very accommodating! We had a very nice stay. Loved how the patio doors opened all the way onto the pool. Spent a lot of time at the pool. Would recommend this to others.

We really enjoyed our stay at this great home in a great neighborhood!! Really lovely gated community in Briarwood. Being in a gated community was great - really peaceful and plenty of quiet roads to walk the dogs. The home was really spacious at 4 bedrooms for our entire family and the backyard was a lot of fun with the pool as well as beautiful with the view of the lake. The owners were super responsive to all our needs and provided great communication the entire trip!! The house was very well equipped from new bikes and a grill for cooking out. I would definitely stay at this property again!!
