Villa Franklin Dubrovnik with Swimming Pool

Wow what can I say what a beautiful stay we loved the accommodation. Mateo was there to greet us and show us to the villa. We were blown away with the cleanliness and comfort. It was beautifully decorated and looked after. Yes there are a lot of steps up to it but it helps wear off the food consumed ! The villa had everything we could ask for all the little things that you would usually have to find where provided and a wonderful welcome basket of food and drink too!! Thank you so much we definitely recommend you will not be disappointed!!!

Beautiful view of Dubrovnik Old Town from the superb pool area. Lovely accommodation on one floor. Two bedrooms in main part of the apartment and another across the courtyard. Gorgeous pool and outside areas. Apartment furnished very tastefully and lots of art work and fresh flowers. Used the dishwasher and washing machine but nothing else appliance wise but it was all there. We ate out all the time but did notice that the kitchen was well equipped. The view was fantastic but of course in order to have such a view there were lots of steps to climb up to the accommodation. Over 100, so please do bear that in mind, other than that I’d 100% recommend this accommodation.

Amazing stay in a wonderful property - definitely recommend!

The house was incredible, and so was the host!!! We had everything we needed. A beautiful place to stay, incredible view, pool, air conditioning! The place is up a lot of stairs (as most of Dubrovnik) but you quickly get used to it! I would stay here again!

Very nice house on the hill with sea view, pool and fully climated. Nice interior with soft touch of luxury and all you need for a wonderful holiday. Absolutely kind host. There's really nothing to complain about. We had a wonderful week and will surely come back.
