Welcome to Villa Erika, an elegant townhouse nestled in the marvelous region of Is Molas. Villa Erika is a delightful and comfortable home with a large 50sqm terrace offering a breathtaking view of the coast, the Nora tower, the magical backdrop of the mountains, and the vast blue sea.

The house, recently renovated by the new owners, has an independent entrance from the veranda at the back, leading to a very bright living area thanks to the large window, with a lounge area andTV, fireplace, and dining area. The practical and fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, washing machine, toaster, kettle, etc.) also opens onto the living room.
