Seafront house with private access to the sea. Completely renovated in 2016

Everything you need for your vacation is available in the house and garden. The house is located outside the town of Pula, which can be reached quickly by car. By bike, the route leads along a busy main road. The most beautiful sandy beaches are just a short distance away. The beach at the house is rocky. Since our stay took place after the school holidays, we were almost alone in the settlement. Therefore it was very quiet which we really enjoyed. We can only recommend the house. Michele was also always available for questions. Many thanks to Luciana and Michele for a wonderful holiday.

We as a family had a wonderful stay in Pula. The hosts are good communicators and very welcoming. The house was just ideal for our big family (4 kids below 4 years old) and there are a lot of kids toys which can be used and even a SUP for adults if you are not afraid of paddling in the sea. In a five minute walk you can find a lovely beach to relax which is rather empty in October. Be aware that the nearest shopping market is 5 km away. Hiring a taxi or rather a car is highly recommended especially to explore other places (like Chia or Tuerredda).

We have been looking for the perfect Italian beach vacation for years and have been to many but this is the spectacular spot. The sea-warm, clear, gentle and just through the garden gate. The sound of the sea, day and night-so peaceful. The house is spotless, very charming and also modern. Very well equipped kitchen, outdoor BBQ, outdoor seating, a verandah overlooking the beach. The grounds have flowering trees and shrubs around the house, 4 different colours of vibrant Hibiscus and Oleanders. We cooked at home most nights because the local supermarket had really fresh fish and delicious in season fruits that taste like they were ripened in a garden. Good and surprisingly inexpensive wine also in one of the markets. Host, Michele, was responsive and gracious. We are coming back !

Good location for exploring either side of the island. With all amenities a 10 min drive away. Good sea location for the kids and priced fairly. Luciana and Michele are very good hosts who are always available should there be any problems. Would visit again.

The house was perfect for us (family of 5). We can never go on a holiday again because it cannot get better than that. The house is located directly at the sea, it is beatifully furnished and the garden was like a private hideaway. We found everything we needed like a baby bed, a high chair, even toys. The beach is stony but sandy parts are not far from the house. Luciana and Michele answered all questions immediatly and were very friendly. We felt extremely welcome. The city of Pula is not far away so pizza, ice cream and cappucinos were a big part of our holiday diet. We will definitly visit Sardinia again !!!!

The perfect house for a perfect family holiday.

Wonderful place right on the water, nice and private, very neat house, very good contact with the landlord. Good for families. Not super touristy. Not a lot of night life around, and that's just what we wanted.

We had a great time in your beautiful house. It was a perfect place for us and our kids with a nice garden with flowers, trees and places to play. Quite and clean house and with many things to do in the surroundings (Pula, Nora, Chia beach...) We had a fantastic time at your place... thank you very much.

Idyllic. Cannot recommend it highly enough. Great area, the sea on the doorstep, with some very gentle swimming. Not too far from town, but not too near either. Beautiful drives and beaches to the south. Pure, uncomplicated relaxation.

House right on the sea side, spacy and clean.Garden is well equipped. Perfect location for the family holidays especially if you have young kids and not very interested in night life and clubbing. Owners are very kind and helpful.
